About: Growing up I've always had pets of all shapes and sizes. My household was almost like a shelter because we would often take in strays and friends pets they could not longer care for. Neighbors and friends would also ask me to pet sit while they away or check in/walk their animal if they're gone too long. Because of all this I've cared for many cats and dogs of various ages so I understand what kind of care each animal may need. I'm currently going to be doing rover full time so I'll always have availability for your pets. Also I'm almost always around on holidays! At home I have three cats and two dogs (I'm not the only caretaker), and they're all incredibly friendly. Our house is a little small so another location is preferred.

About: I have my own fur babies of 5 cats and one 16 year old dog. House is a little chaotic but loving and caring. Each animal has their own needs and I provide them with everything in the world and more. Anything that will work around my college schedule will be most beneficial. Part time jobs can be hard in this economy especially with 18 credit hours this semester. Being able to cuddle and hangout with animals while I can maintain school work sounds like a blast. Your pets are not just pets but they are your babies. I will take care of them like I take care of my own fur babies. They will become one of my fur babies while I take care of them. My pets get their medicine on time, fed on time, and always have water available. Litter boxes get cleaned regularly to keep up with odors.

About: Pet care for me started when I was 10 years old and visiting my grandma on a farm - while my sisters played Barbie’s, I played in the dirt and cared for and played with chickens, cows, goats, and all the stray farm cats. I have loved any and all animals ever since! I have never had a moment in my life where there wasn't a dog or a cat in my family and right now we have three amazing (big) dogs! I understand that every animal has a different personality and routine, so I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved in their own environment as if you were there. I work a full time job but with a lot of flexibility during the day. I would love to drop in and care for your pets while you are away and since I have dogs of my own, I don’t travel on the weekends much 😉 If your pet is staying with me we have a fully fenced in yard, three dogs that they can play with, and two kids who know how lovingly care for animals. If it's not a weekend, I would be able to stop by over the lunch hour to let dogs out and have some play time or might even have afternoons or mornings to work from home. Just depends on the day and I would love to schedule around your stay with us! I am always willing to listen to how you care for your pet(s) and make sure your pet(s) receives the same care and love from me that they would if you were still at home. I want them to feel comfortable, safe, and loved.

About: I grew up on a hobby farm with almost any critter you could imagine. We used our space to foster and rehabilitate animals, mostly dogs, cats, and horses. Through working with local humane societies, animal trainers, and breeders I think I have a very good understanding of animal behaviors and how to manage them. Working with animals has been a soul salve in my life and I love guiding animals through all stages of learning. I have slots of time all throughout my week where I am available to walk and check in on pets. Sunday is a free day. Monday and Tuesday I am free after 12, Wednesday-Friday I am free 6am-12, 5pm throughout the evening. Unfortunately at this moment I do not have a space that would allow to to board pets, but I am able to care for pets in their own homes. I am very communicative and I will work with you on your pet's specific needs and requirements, as well as any enrichment activities you would like to try.

About: I have had dogs my entire adult life, up to 7 at one time, including a husky. I now only have 1, since I had to move and left the rest with my old roommate (some were his anyway, and I took the one that had chosen me as his human). Every dog I've ever had was properly trained to at least sit on command - with or without a treat. When I had the 7, I could have the pack surround me, and call them one by one for their treat, and only the one called would reach. People have watched my dog's behavior out in public and have aske if I could train their dogs! I have no formal training for dog training, but I did grow up watching Caesar on Animal Planet, and implemented his behavior training techniques with all of my own dogs when they were puppies, or from the time I accepted them in as strays. I have cared for others pets in the past, but not in a professional capacity. I sat for a friend of mine at her house, caring for 3 dogs and a cat. I fed the cat in the morning and at night and cleaned her litter box once a day. The dogs got fed on the same schedule, and spent the majority of the day outside in the fenced back yard unless it was raining. I went outside and threw balls and sticks for them a few times each day, for about an hour or so each time. I currently do not have a job, so I am available full time, any day or time. I have my own dog who prefers to not let me out of his sight, and will cry if I leave him at home alone, so getting a traditional job while living in an apartment is out of the question. With that said, I would need to bring him with me. He is going on 10 years old, and has never met a dog or person he didn't love. I am glad to bring him for a meet and greet before any commitments are made. Every dog has a way to let you know they need something. My dog prefers to attempt cuddles when he needs anything, leaving me playing a guessing game until I get it right. He gets super excited when I get it right! As a senior dog, I leave his food out 24/7, and check it in the mornings when I get up and at night when I go to bed to make sure it's not empty. If I notice that it's empty at any point during the day, I simply refill it. Same with his water. His potty schedule is pretty much the same - first thing in the morning, any time he asks during the day, and then one last trip out at bedtime. I know not every dog can follow this schedule, but I have also had dogs who needed me to set alarms to take them out every hour or two, until they were properly house trained. All I need from you is your dogs schedule.

About: I’m an almost empty nester who truly loves animals and am looking to fill my time doing something meaningful—caring for pets. I work from home, which allows me the flexibility to provide house sitting, dog walking or drop-in visits as needed. I grew up surrounded by animals and have experience caring for cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, chickens, and even goats. Because of that background, I’m comfortable with both small and large animals and understand that each one has its own personality and needs. I’m also a former travel club ball mom, so I completely understand how stressful it can be to make arrangements for your pets and home while you’re away. I know how important it is to have someone reliable, communicative, and trustworthy taking care of your home and/ or pets. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for in your absence. I can also bring in mail and water plants while you are away. I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide regular care throughout the day. I’m able to offer in-home pet and house sitting or flexible drop-in visits while keeping pets on their normal routines and not left alone for long periods of time. I can care for smaller caged pets in my home but will care for dogs, cats etc in your home because I have pets of my own.

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life and love them to death! I enjoy caring for animals or even just keeping them entertained while their humans are away! Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I work in healthcare, so I value responsibility, reliability, and keeping a consistent schedule. On my days off and outside of work hours, I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet sitting, drop-in visits, and walks.I’m happy to work with pet owners to find times that fit their pet’s routine and needs. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, feeding, or just some extra company, I make sure they get the attention and care they deserve. Safety and trust are very important to me when caring for someone’s pet. I always make sure to follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions the owner provides. I understand that every pet is different, so I take the time to learn their personality, comfort level, and any special needs they may have. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their space with respect and make sure their pet feels safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. I pay close attention during walks, keep pets securely leashed when needed, and make sure doors and gates are always properly closed. I also believe communication is very important, so I am happy to send updates and photos to keep owners informed and give them peace of mind while they are away.

About: I have a 2 year old Aussie who LOVES other dogs. I have experience training him and usually make it to the dog park at least once a day as well as a walk. I am currently taking online classes from home. I will be able to have eyes on the dogs even while I’m studying. I stay active with my dog and make sure he gets plenty of exercise. I have a fenced in yard for potty breaks and play, and a decent sized house. My dog is super friendly and would love the company. I DO NOT BOOK FOR NEXT DAY! I am currently taking classes from home so I am available to take care of the dogs most of the day. I am always taking my dog Onyx on walks and to the park and would love to have another dog tagging along! I DO NOT MAKE BOOKINGS FOR NEXT DAY! I will feed dogs whenever their daily meals are and give any medicine as required. My dog Onyx loves to play with other dogs, but if they aren't into it he will respect that. I like to go on long walks with the pups and am a regular at Kirby Dog Park. Let me know if dog parks are not your pup's thing. Other than that..... lots of cuddles, they are allowed on couch/bed and will be treated as if they are my own. I DO NOT MAKE BOOKINGS FOR NEXT DAY!

About: I have had a dog in my household ever since I was born. I raised a puppy at age 13 and trained him as well. I love dogs and dogs tend to typically love me as well. I love animals and would love to get to know and take care of your dogs! **able to leash train and work on simple commands with dogs** I currently work part time and I am a full-time college student. I hope to be doing this as a little side job this summer and earn some extra money. I have a fenced-in yard and have taken care of my dogs my whole life growing up. I love to play with dogs as well. I enjoy being outside so I would love to play outside with the dogs or take them on walks.
