My Little Helpers: With three children under the age of 7, our home is always bustling with energy and laughter. Your pets will enjoy the playful company of our little ones during their stay. It would not be a problem if your pet would need frequent bathroom breaks. As a part time nurse, I have plenty of time to care for your pet. I also have a cat that keeps to himself. He is allowed to free roam the main floor. They play outside whenever I am out. Your animal will be treated like my own pet with your typical rules and requests respected.

About: What sets me apart is my ability to care for dogs at every stage of life. I have special experience with puppies and can reinforce training routines like potty and crate training. I also provide attentive, patient care for senior dogs who may need extra monitoring and comfort. i am currently in college with prn jobs but i have plenty of time throughout the week to spend time taking care of your animals. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible. I follow the owner’s instructions for feeding schedules, exercise, medication if needed, and any specific care requirements. Pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, and supervision to make sure they feel safe and relaxed while their owner is away. For puppies, I help reinforce routines like potty training, crate training, and positive behaviors. For senior dogs, I provide a calmer environment, frequent check-ins, and extra attention to comfort and mobility. About: Growing up I've always had pets of all shapes and sizes. My household was almost like a shelter because we would often take in strays and friends pets they could not longer care for. Neighbors and friends would also ask me to pet sit while they away or check in/walk their animal if they're gone too long. Because of all this I've cared for many cats and dogs of various ages so I understand what kind of care each animal may need. I'm currently going to be doing rover full time so I'll always have availability for your pets. Also I'm almost always around on holidays! At home I have three cats and two dogs (I'm not the only caretaker), and they're all incredibly friendly. Our house is a little small so another location is preferred.

About: I have lived with and taken care of numerous animals in my life. Growing up on a farm gave me a love for animals and taught me how to properly care for them. I grew up living with cats, horses, dogs, etc. I currently have one cat named Blaze who is a part of the family. Due to Blaze being intolerant to dogs I will not be offering any in-home dog sitting services. I will be more than happy to take care of your family through drop-in playtime, walks, or overnight stays depending on your needs. I am currently enrolled at the local university pursuing a major in architecture. Through my career of personal aid visiting different families in need, I have become familiar with the neighborhoods around town as well as the parks you may want your pet to visit. I am looking forward to meeting you and your family. I currently work on the weekend, and I also attend college. This frees up a lot of my time during the week. I love helping out others and seeing the animals in our community. As mentioned I have one cat, he loves to engage in chase and will either chase me or a Lazer pointer. About: I grew up on a hobby farm with almost any critter you could imagine. We used our space to foster and rehabilitate animals, mostly dogs, cats, and horses. Through working with local humane societies, animal trainers, and breeders I think I have a very good understanding of animal behaviors and how to manage them. Working with animals has been a soul salve in my life and I love guiding animals through all stages of learning. I have slots of time all throughout my week where I am available to walk and check in on pets. Sunday is a free day. Monday and Tuesday I am free after 12, Wednesday-Friday I am free 6am-12, 5pm throughout the evening. Unfortunately at this moment I do not have a space that would allow to to board pets, but I am able to care for pets in their own homes. I am very communicative and I will work with you on your pet's specific needs and requirements, as well as any enrichment activities you would like to try.

About: I have had dogs my entire adult life, up to 7 at one time, including a husky. I now only have 1, since I had to move and left the rest with my old roommate (some were his anyway, and I took the one that had chosen me as his human). Every dog I've ever had was properly trained to at least sit on command - with or without a treat. When I had the 7, I could have the pack surround me, and call them one by one for their treat, and only the one called would reach. People have watched my dog's behavior out in public and have aske if I could train their dogs! I have no formal training for dog training, but I did grow up watching Caesar on Animal Planet, and implemented his behavior training techniques with all of my own dogs when they were puppies, or from the time I accepted them in as strays. I have cared for others pets in the past, but not in a professional capacity. I sat for a friend of mine at her house, caring for 3 dogs and a cat. I fed the cat in the morning and at night and cleaned her litter box once a day. The dogs got fed on the same schedule, and spent the majority of the day outside in the fenced back yard unless it was raining. I went outside and threw balls and sticks for them a few times each day, for about an hour or so each time. I currently do not have a job, so I am available full time, any day or time. I have my own dog who prefers to not let me out of his sight, and will cry if I leave him at home alone, so getting a traditional job while living in an apartment is out of the question. With that said, I would need to bring him with me. He is going on 10 years old, and has never met a dog or person he didn't love. I am glad to bring him for a meet and greet before any commitments are made. Every dog has a way to let you know they need something. My dog prefers to attempt cuddles when he needs anything, leaving me playing a guessing game until I get it right. He gets super excited when I get it right! As a senior dog, I leave his food out 24/7, and check it in the mornings when I get up and at night when I go to bed to make sure it's not empty. If I notice that it's empty at any point during the day, I simply refill it. Same with his water. His potty schedule is pretty much the same - first thing in the morning, any time he asks during the day, and then one last trip out at bedtime. I know not every dog can follow this schedule, but I have also had dogs who needed me to set alarms to take them out every hour or two, until they were properly house trained. All I need from you is your dogs schedule.

About: I have over 10 years of experience with dogs big or small. I’ve had 3 different dogs in my house growing up and have also volunteered at the Sioux Falls humane society. I am currently working full-time and I am on a rotating schedule so I have every other weekend, or Tuesdays and Fridays off. I am available most mornings and evenings. I care for all animals like they are my own. I enjoy giving them all of the love and attention they need. I currently have a 4 year old american bull dog mix, 2 frogs, and 5 fish. I am allergic to cats, so I will love them from afar, if needed I can feed and change litter boxes.

About: My whole life I’ve been around animals… big and small. I grew up on and off a farm, as my dad is a Large / Small animal veterinarian! I’ve always had lots of animals in my home and love taking care of them (and lots of treats)! Also, I do move back to college in August. So Sioux City soon to come :) I’m currently home from college! I am a nursing major at Morningside university in Sioux City. Born and raised in Sioux Falls, and needed a fun summer gig! I can take your animals on long or short walks.. or just out to potty! I also LOVE a good game of fetch or tug! Myself at home I have 2 wild dogs that always need to move around ;)

About: As far back as I can remember, my family always had at least one dog/cat, each one of them holding a special place in my heart. I, now, am a proud dog parent of two Blue Heelers, Izzy and Brutus. I love every kind of dog and cat. I have experience with elder dog care and puppy care. I have a job where I work Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday. All 12 hour days. So, I would be completely booked up on those days. The other days I would be incredibly happy to spend time with your little loved one! I would make sure to have clear and open conversations with you about your animals throughout the day/night. I can give updates on when they go to the bathroom. I can, also, send pictures of them.

About: Growing up, I’ve always loved and cared for dogs. Now that I have my own, I understand the feeling of having someone care for them the way you do. I work a full-time job from Monday to Thursday, and sometimes I have mandatory Fridays. However, I’m more than happy to assist on weekends or weekdays after 5 PM, and I’m also available on Fridays if my work schedule allows. I reside in an apartment, but I thoroughly enjoy taking them for daily walks and visits to the dog park, every day, other day, depending on my schedule.

About: I have always had dogs or cats. Also a horse, turtle and fish. Had several lifelong dogs that have crossed the rainbow bridge. Not ready for my own at this point but have time available to help you with yours. I am a full time realtor and work from home so my schedule is flexible. Dogs could come with on trips to Sioux Falls or stay with my husband. My 2 yr old granddaughter stays with us on the weekends and loves animals. I have several acres off a gravel road secluded by trees. No fence but can tie out for potty breaks. Would love to take walks at the nearby state parks.

About: I have had a dog in my household ever since I was born. I raised a puppy at age 13 and trained him as well. I love dogs and dogs tend to typically love me as well. I love animals and would love to get to know and take care of your dogs! **able to leash train and work on simple commands with dogs** I currently work part time and I am a full-time college student. I hope to be doing this as a little side job this summer and earn some extra money. I have a fenced-in yard and have taken care of my dogs my whole life growing up. I love to play with dogs as well. I enjoy being outside so I would love to play outside with the dogs or take them on walks.

About: My significant other and I live in a house with 3 dogs. We take our dogs (who are more like our kids)on a walk in our neighborhood or fenced in backyard and let them run around at least twice a day! Our dogs are spoiled and loved as they should be! We play ball and snuggle and they sleep with us too:) We'd love to love your pet while you're away! I work part time at WagZone dog day care so I have a lot of free time for my own pups. I love walks, hikes on our land outside of time or just fetch time in the yard. Fenced in yard allows dogs to run freely all day with a dog door to a sheltered garage. My dogs get along with all other souls.

About: I have taken care of and owned dogs my whole life. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, and potty their pets! I also volunteer at the local Sioux Falls humane society walking shelter pups! I would love to take care of yours too :) I am currently a Registered Nurse at Sanford Hospital. Although I work 12 hour shifts when I work, it gives me more days off in the week to be able to take care of your pets! In your home I will follow your specific care instructions to ensure your pet feels as normal as possible with your absence. I will play and walk with your pup to burn some energy. I will feed them when instructed and let them out to go to the bathroom every few hours or when needed. Most importantly, I will love your pet as my own and give them a lot of snuggles and pets!
