“First walk with Katie and a very active and shy Lagotto! She did awesome. I love how she tried to work with him and his leash needs and practiced discernment around other dogs. Caper came back smiling and she now napping. Couldn’t ask for more and I look forward to establishing a consistent relationship with her”

“Lilley walked our dog Sophie while we were visiting Asheville and spending a long day at the Biltmore. She was extremely responsive, super easy to communicate with and sent pics of Sophie on their walk together. Sophie and she was SUPER happy upon our return home that evening, and I credit her time with Lilley for that! I would not hesitate to book Lilley again - thanks Lilley!”

Thank you, Eliza!”

About: Hi! Your critter baby is in great hands with me. I’ve been taking care of animals my whole life, as I grew up learning how to care for cats, dogs, leopard geckos, turtles, guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, fish, hermit crabs, plants and whatever the future holds! I’ve taken over 10 different house sitting and pet sitting jobs on varying occasions with my neighbor’s prestigious show-dogs, given walks to dogs of all shapes and sizes, and I’m ready to give my faithful attention your beloved animal friends! (Unfortunately I cant accept boarding requests for Pit Bulls due to corrupt land management but I’m happy to walk or house sit for your Pitty!) My childhood dog was Lulu, the 3 legged terrier. I also once cared for a labradoodle who struggled with a digestive condition, so I work super well with doggies who have special needs. Doggos are special in general! I own a leopard gecko. I also have taken several jobs for Wag! and have an advanced profile with a 4.97 star rating! Happy to share screenshots of reviews. Some say I’m a pet whisperer, but really I just have a lot of experience with them, so I really know the signals and gestures they use to communicate. Your pup is guaranteed a good time with me! If you would like to meet and greet let me know. I have a very open schedule! Feel free to follow me on instagram! I make art and also post story highlights of all the pets I love! I am also open to portrait commissions! ;) BONUS: Sometimes i doodle pictures of dogs and leave the sketches for the owners :) Please be sure to have your dog trained at a walkable level. I understand dogs very well but I am not a trainer by any means. I am an artist currently working from home, with an occasional Doordash delivery hustle and other dog walks. I am usually home most of the day and would not leave your pet unattended for longer than 4 hours! I treat pets with respect and make sure they feel welcome, with treats and scritches. I feed them and am happy to bathe them once a sitting if requested, outdoors. Whatever you need me to do, I will remember. Your pup is in good hands.

About: I've been blessed to be a dog mama to our sweet, playful and silly doodle mix Enzo since we rescued him from Brother Wolf as a puppy. Ever part of the family, I understand from experience how important our furry companions are to us. They bring joy, comfort, co-regulation and love and deserve nothing but the best in return. I've also had other dogs in my 20s and regularly sit for friends when they go on vacation, or have other events where they need care for their fur baby. Our house is full of laughter, play and love with a fenced in yard, walkable neighbourhood and close to Carrier Park and RAD. Enzo is a very gentle, sweet and playful dog who loves making new friends! If you'd prefer your dog is walked solo that is no problem or we can head out as a pack! We also have a son who is almost 1 so your dog will be used to children ideally if they visit our home to stay I work part time from home on a flexible schedule so I am very open with my time. My husband also is very flexible too so we're always around and spending time outdoors I have a fenced in yard and very friendly, sweet and playful dog to keep yours company! We do have an almost 1 year old son, so if you come to us then your dog will be OK with small children.

About: If there’s one thing I know as a pet parent is how much people’s babies mean to them. Not only will I make sure your dog is fed, walked, watered, and constantly being told how cute they are, I will also above all else make sure they feel loved. My schedule is wide open after June 1st! I’m a full time oil painter and pet portrait artist so I can make my schedule work with yours. My dogs routine right now is we wake up at 6am and have breakfast at 6:30, then every 2 to 3 hours after that we take potty breaks. I usually take her on a short walk around noon. Then we have dinner at 5 and at 6:30pm we go to the dog park for an hour and she sees all her friends. I can’t wait to meet your baby and treat them with just as much respect and care as I do my own.

About: I was a proud pit bull mom for 10 years. Sugar was 70ish pounds of cuddly, slightly neurotic sweetness. Since she passed, I’ve been promoted to Dog Aunt for friends’ pups of all shapes and sizes. Whether it’s a beefy blockhead or a tiny teddy bear on four legs, I bring belly rubs, structure, and plenty of love. I’m up for extended walks, couch snuggles, ball tosses and sticking to your training plan. Basically, I show up like the fun aunt, with treats, patience, and good shoes. After 15 years in the classroom, I’m stepping away from teaching and giving myself space to explore what’s next. In the meantime, I’ve found that caring for pets offers its own kind of therapy—fresh air, wagging tails, and the joy of connection. Dog walking fits beautifully into this season of my life. I’m available most days (except Mondays and Saturdays) and have a highly flexible schedule. Whether your pup needs a midday stroll or an afternoon adventure, I’m happy to be there. I care for pets in their homes and on walks by following their routines closely, whether it’s feeding, playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company in their favorite cozy spot. I bring calm, consistent energy so your pet feels safe and cared for while you’re away. On walks, I match your dog’s pace and personalits. I'm happy embarking on sniffy strolls or power walks. I’m also happy to take pups on longer “field trip” hikes if they need extra exercise or adventure. I don’t currently have pets of my own, so your dog gets my full attention—and all the love they can handle.

About: I have had dogs my entire life, my first dog was a standard poodle that was the same age as me. I have had corgis and blood hounds and everything in between. I love dogs and will treat yours just like mine. If house sitting, I do have a corgi that will come with me. I do keep the dogs separated when I’m not home. I am a teacher, so my schedule is very set. I try to keep the dogs at home for no more than 8 hours, and if needed I can occasionally leave early during my planning period I take into account everything the owner says and if I can’t do something, I let the owners know immediately. I love long walks and playing with the dogs.
