“Julie did a great job with my three dogs, who are a handful (90 pound reactive elderly Shepard, 80 pound willful Golden, and 11 pound Chihuahua mix who can be stubborn on walks). We worked together beforehand to talk about what would work best both for the dogs and for Julie so that she was set up for success. We did a few walks together and then she did a few on her own before our travel dates, which made me, and more importantly, the dogs, feel really comfortable with her. She was wonderful about giving updates including pictures, and overall communicated perfectly. She took great care of my dogs and seemed very confident about handling them. I am thrilled to have someone on hand who can take care of my pack when I am away. I highly recommend Julie for taking care of your pets. She also took care of my parent's elderly cat during the same time period and did a great job on that, too.”

Starting with our initial Meet and Greet and then a follow-up visit closer to my vacation, it was clear that she would take great care of Georgie. From the moment she entered the house, she had him literally and figuratively eating out of her hands. She came bearing treats, and she used them not only to make him comfortable but also to reinforce his behaving appropriately around his new “friend.” Calm, gentle, and patient, she readily communicates her fondness for dogs but also her expectations for their behavior. While carefully following my guidelines for his care, she also suggested modifications based on her extensive experience and knowledge. I felt perfectly confident in leaving Georgie with her, and I appreciated her keeping in touch with me throughout the time I was away. I returned from vacation to a house in great shape but also, much more important, to a happy, relaxed dog.”

I found Dee at a local dog park with his little princess one day, and my dog and his dog instantly connected. I landed a new job where it was going to affect my dog’s walk schedule, and I was explaining how I was going to need to find a dog-walker. Dee mentioned that he walks dogs, and when he said that I was thrilled. Every time I was at the dog park and he happened to be there, he spent so much time playing with both his dog and my dog, and it just felt so natural. Dee is very gentle and offers a very calm demeanor which I know my dog, Milo appreciates. Dee has offered me a seamless transition to keep Milo on a schedule. Milo has so much fun and comes home tired, which is exactly what I love to see. I highly recommend Dee!”

She caters to all requests and does not think they're ridiculous because she understands how finicky the cats can be especially with their food. She's wonderful with them and I truly recommend her especially for people like me who have full laminated instructions for cat sitters. She really wants to care for them as much as you do as if they were her own.”

About: I have been around all types of pets since I was born. I have experience with dogs, cats, salt-water fish, and chickens! I currently have two senior cats, so I am well equipped to work with older pets and have experience administering oral medication. I am a full time college student with access to my own transportation. I can easily come to your house multiple times a day for pee breaks. I love walking and am more than happy to take pups on walks that are multiple miles to properly tucker them out! I have experience in working with larger dogs, and as a college athlete you can be sure that I have the strength to handle any leash pulling or running during walks!
