After our long-time independent pet sitter retired, we had been unable to find someone who was reliable, flexible, and a cat-focused sitter, and a good friend of ours recommended we check out Rover. I'm so glad we did! After our "meet and greet" with Michelle, we were all very comfortable entrusting her with the care of our two senior cats (one with medical issues), and her full-service visit reports were so thorough and enjoyable. Loved seeing the pix -- and after coming home to a sweet thank you note with accompanying treats for the boys, well that was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!! <3”

About: I grew up with cats and dogs my whole life! I have rescued and rehomed cats since a young age and knows what it takes to keep a cat healthy! I have multiple years of experience in the Animal service industry! I’ve worked with all animals all ages from puppy, kitten to senior and special needs dogs and even rescues! I specialize in daily walks, Pick up and drop offs, Drop in, and long term vacation relief! so if you’re ever in a jam and need some assistance let me know! Thanks! I worked with Happy Tails dog boarding in Franklin I also worked for a local pet service business for a year and a half about I work full time in pet care, I initially started doing this for family members to take some weight off their shoulders whenever they went on vacation ect, it eventually became really fulfilling and brought me a ton of joy! I do have a fenced in area but I do not board for the most part! I have a cat at home who struggles with boarding!

She gave me confidence that I didn’t need to worry while we were away and not once did I think…oh I need to check that Laura stopped by and that all is well - I knew the cats would be in good hands. “Delaney was an excellent caregiver to my cat, and she also went beyond and did helpful things like water a plant she thought could use a drink. Delaney was present while giving Dagny space, which she appreciates, and Dags warmed up to Delaney and allowed increasingly long pets and some play. Of course Delaney did the food and litter and essentials as expected, but she worked well to engage my cat, give treats and pets, and make my absence much better. I will certainly look to book her again for my next travels.”

About: I’ve taken care of neighbors and family pets since 12 and now 2 of my own. Friendly and trustworthy, Providing safe and nurturing care to a wide range of animals I am available weekdays and weekends M-S. I am currently out of work at the moment so I am well fit for an open schedule. With my years of experience in pet care I like to have communication, problem-solving, and decision-making which allows me to comfort owners, solve challenges on my own such as if the dog may need to bathe if it gets dirty after a walk and use my judgement to determine when to contact the owner or take action for a medical cause. I’m a reliant and patient person. Also having attention to detail and situational awareness as well as consistency and organization.

About: I grew up on a farm, and always cared for multiple dogs at the same time. My wife and I have had, or cared for dogs almost all our adult lives. I recently retired, and my wife works from home, so we’re both here all day. I take daily walks, and spend a lot of time outdoors. I have a good-sized yard, live in a quiet neighborhood, and my property borders conservation land. I can easily accommodate a crate, dog bed, etc.
