About: I have had dogs my whole life and spent lots of my time pet sitting dogs here and there! I have dog-sat for weeks at a time. I have experience with dogs ranging from 10lbs-115lbs! I work full time as a special ed teacher from September-June. During the school year I am available after school as well as on weekends! I really enjoy walking dogs, I grew up with dogs and have dog sat/dog walked for rover for about 3 years now. I love spending time with dogs!

About: I have always loved dogs and even have a dog of my own. I am extremely patient and consider myself to be kind. I work as a kindergarten teacher so I am used to taking care of things and tending to their needs. As a kindergarten teacher, I have lots of free time on weekends and school breaks, and I figured the best use of my time would be to do something I already enjoy doing and also help other people out as well. Since I already own a dog of my own I am very conscientious of what dogs can or cannot do, eat, or be near. I try to play with them as much as possible and be friendly with them so they feel comfortable around new people.

She took great care of my two cats (and my home), and they really liked her based on the numerous pictures she sent where it appeared they were following her around, and not just to the wet food. What's more, Marilyn goes above and beyond. When I left for my trip and Marilyn was to begin residency the following day, my neighbor texted me and showed me that there was a window situation where a cat could escape. Even though her duty started the next day, Marilyn made a special trip to confirm cats were safe, and to fix the window situation. She even washed the bedding and towels I had left her so I wouldn't have to do it when I got home, and she generously allowed my to book two more nights of her care when I wanted to extend my trip.
