She followed all our doggie care and home instructions, it was such peace of mind. Most sitters think they’ll try to “fix” their issues which never works and creates a tense dynamic, but Qishu didn’t appear to judge us for all our instructions and expectations. My husband and I are always hesitant and nervous when we leave our Great Dane alone because he gets a little depressed and usually won’t eat because of separation anxiety or that the care taker will spoil him like we do. About: I volunteered at the Tuolumne County SPCA with my grandparents from the time I was a child until my Grandpa passed away a couple of years ago. I cared for kittens who had lost their mothers, elder dogs and cats who had lost their pet parents, and everything in between. I have participated in volunteer adoption events, and helped many pets find their furever homes. Beyond that, I am a life long dog and cat mom and animal lover. I will have puppies and kittens to seniors well cared for and comfortable. I am studying online to get an advanced degree in Psychology, so I have ample availability to show up and care for your fur-baby. I like to help create calm by sticking to their routine. They should be fed on their regular schedule, dogs should be walked and given potty breaks on the schedule they are used to, play and cuddles should be abundant and documentation and communication should be consistent. Litterboxes and food dishes should be kept clean and well maintained. All of this should work together to ensure that pets and pet-parents are all calm and happy while parents are away.
