Irina helped out enormously when I was stuck due to a blizzard and unable to come home in time. She extended her care an extra night to stay with my cat who gets panic attacks if left alone overnight, and connected me to another sitter to come be with my cat for the rest of the nights till I was able to get back home. She took care of all the details to support the new sitter so I could be assured everything was taken care of. She really came through when we needed her most, and I am so deeply grateful! Valerie is a total professional! She went above and beyond to take good care of our dog, Nix, and our house while we were out of town. She provided regular updates and photos of Nix so we knew everything was going well. Nix has separation anxiety but Valerie’s companionship kept our pup comfortable and entertained.

Rover review - Feb 14-15, 2026 Responsible, trustworthy, tidy, conscientious, funny, accommodating, and highly communicative, I would absolutely book Qishu again in future. Our kitties took to her right away (even our skittish one). We were only away for 1 night but Qishu sent frequent text updates throughout the day, which put us at ease so we could enjoy our time away. She takes great pics and videos, in which we could tell our girls were being very well taken care of and appreciated, and not missing us in the least. In less than 24 hours Qishu managed to play with our high-energy 8-month old to the point of getting her tired enough to pant (as requested), and to gain the trust of our skittish 1-year old, enough to be petted until she was purring and rolling around on the floor, showing belly. This was not requested nor expected; even our closest friends (who our cats have known since they were kittens) haven’t been able to get that close to her! Qishu went the extra mile without our asking, and the results were incredible. When we got home, Cricket and Jiji were happy and relaxed, as if we had never left at all. The house was clean and in order. We have some more travel dates later this year and are crossing our fingers that we will be able to have Qishu look after our girls again. 🤞🏼 Thanks Qishu! Jasmine was very patient with Sage, our rescue dog, even though Sage takes a while to warm up. She gave our other elderly dog her meds on time and cuddled with her, and she followed the routine we laid out for them. Our pups seemed to enjoy their time with her. They got very excited when she arrived and they missed her after she left.
Kate is now one of my go-to people to care for my special needs senior pup! He is always calm and happy when I return, in spite of his constant state of senior anxiety, so I know she is super sweet with him which is just what he expects and needs :) Thanks Kate!
Lulu is a wonderful person and delightful to work with. She accepted our request last minute, which was a huge help! We really appreciate Lulu’s thoroughness with understanding dog needs, schedules and behavioral tendencies she can help monitor/redirect.
