About: I have owned (and loved!) dogs for decades. We currently have a very sweet 12 year old mini-Schnauzer who lives a very spoiled and active life. I know how much your dog is a part of your family, and how hard it can be on them to be left with someone else. I use Rover sitters myself, so I know what a relief it is to find a good, reliable caregiver. I'll give your pet lots of love and attention to make their time away from you more comfortable, and take good care of your house, as well! I have set my Rover availability to the days I’m not on call at work, so I’ll be available day and night to be with your pet. I can walk your dogs to help get their energy out and keep their anxiety down. I truly love cats and dogs and am happy to give them lots of love. I work on call two weeks a month, and am available for pet sitting the other two weeks. The weeks I’m available, I can be at your home full time. I am very conscientious about keeping your home nice and tidy, and maintaining your pet’s usual routine while you’re gone. I’m happy to take your dog out for regular long walks, as well.

I grew up on a farm working with horses, so I’m very good at reading animals body language and communicating with them, and I learned very early that respect goes a long way in all relationships big or small! dogs are my favorite, but I can care for cats (in your home, my family’s allergic) as well as little friends like bunnies and hamsters. hell, if you just need someone to pop over and sprinkle food in the fish bowl, sign me up! on the days that i’m available I will not be working, so I can give your baby & my new best friend all the love, play and enrichment that they deserve! (which is all of it;) i’m great with small dogs and big dogs, hyperactive and anxious dogs, old and young dogs; i can find a friend in any one of them, promise, and they will find a friend in me :) I work outside and we are slowing down for the season, so I spend most of my time with my puppy already! I would love to add yours to the mix! I have a fenced in yard and plenty of toys and energy for catch and fetch. I love long walks and I run as well if your baby wants to catch some speed! I do have a crate if needed, treats, (as approved by you, of course) and can even trim nails and give baths if you like.
