Living in a house with a backyard , I have a spacious front and back yard where dogs can conveniently have their potty breaks. Moreover, my neighborhoods features a fantastic doggy park and trials providing an opportunity for your furry companions to enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, I am more than happy to take them on frequent walks around the neighborhood to ensure they get plenty of exercise and fresh air. It's worth mentioning that my husband shares the same love and affection for animals as I do. Together, we take pleasure in making new furry friends and providing them with a warm and welcoming environment.

We take multiple breaks during the day for fresh air and to get good stretching in. If your dog boards with us, we will take a minimum of two walks (am and pm) and will very likely visit one of my two on-site dog parks. About: IMPORTANT NOTE: I am a teacher, so I work from 7am to 4pm. I’ve been dog sitting for many years, caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personality types. Whether it's a dog walk, a drop-in visit, or an overnight stay, my main goals are simple: keep your pet happy, give them plenty of love, and make sure they get great exercise! As a school teacher, I have a very predictable routine that works wonderfully for pet care! My schedule makes it super easy to take on dog walks and drop-in visits before school (5:00 AM – 6:30 AM) and after school (4:00 PM or later). My availability opens up significantly during school breaks and throughout the summer! I always ask owners for detailed notes on food restrictions, meds, routines, and house rules so I can provide the exact care your pet is used to. I also build my schedule entirely around your pet’s needs—if they’ve been home alone during the day, I make sure to spend my evenings right there with them. (Bonus: I’m always happy to bring in the mail or care for your houseplants while you're away!) I look forward to giving your dog the best experience possible! Important Safety Note: I have a severe nut allergy! I am more than happy to give your pup any nut-free treats, snacks, or medicine pockets you provide. Please just let me know in advance if your dog uses peanut butter or nut-based treats so we can use a safe alternative while I’m caring for them. Since I am a school teacher, my schedule is pretty consistent for morning, afternoon and evening care. In the morning (5:00-6:30 am) I love to get the day started by moving my body, dropping in to get the dogs fed, and making sure they're set up for success before my day begins. In the afternoon and evenings (4:00 pm onwards) I like to destress the day by making sure pets are getting exercise and time outside. I dedicate my time to extra activities, such as pet care. I aim to ensure that your pets receive focused attention, exercise, and companionship while their parents are away. On weekends and school breaks, I am more flexible to do longer walks, drop-ins, and housesitting/dog sitting appointments. I am also more available to do midday appointments. I prefer to stay at the client's home for ease of care and pet emotions. While in the home, I abide by the client's rules/desires listed before leaving. I also make sure to stick to their normal schedule as closely as possible. While staying at the house, I will happily take care of trash/recycling, mail, and house plants. Unless permission was granted beforehand, I don't let anyone into your home and enjoy the alone time with dogs.

About: I have always had a dog since I was 10 years old, and my family currently has a 2 year old Golden Doodle. For the past 8 years I have frequently house sat, watched pets, or stopped by to feed and hang out with/walk them for family and friends. Most of my experience lies with Golden Doodles, but I have been around a variety of breeds and am always open to meeting and learning about others! I am respectful, detail-oriented, and will treat your pet as if they are my own! I work remotely, so I have a somewhat flexible schedule and am able to be at the house during the day Monday through Friday. Sometimes I will go to the gym or do my other hobbies in the evenings. I have a lot of experience pet/house sitting for pets of varying needs. Your pet, their needs, and taking care of the house are my top priority, and I am able to fulfill those things as long as I am given thorough directions. I have my own 100 pound Black Russian terrier, Thea who is my baby. •I am also very comfortable with watching and walking intact dogs. As I know the importance of a large breed staying intact until they are fully mature. I have experience caring for dogs in heat, and understand the behavior change that occurs in the dog experiencing it and the potential for it to effect male dogs around. • I am happy to help with potty breaks throughout the day, walks, bathes, basic training, and preparing specialty meals for your puppy! I am not a dog trainer but I am more than comfortable and capable of helping with basic training for dogs and puppies, such as, potty training, recall, on leash walking, and basic commands (sit, stay, down, etc) • I do love big dogs, but I would be ecstatic to help with your puppy or small dogs, since my dog has grown up, I don’t get to experience having a little pup/dog around. • Socialization is great for dogs but can be hard to trust when you don’t know a dogs temperament or vaccination status. If you are looking for your dog to have social activity with a well behaved, healthy dog Thea would be more than happy to join a walk or play date. I am currently a student taking online classes, so my availability is open. I am very flexible and more than happy to be on your schedule! I have a fenced yard and my own dog is extremely friendly with other animals including small dogs. Inside of my home I do not leave things laying around that could potentially harm my own dog or others. My kitchen is clean and I don’t leave food out so a dog getting into something they shouldn’t would be very hard.

I have had dogs my entire life and absolutely love animals. I have a dog named Koda who is a trained service animal. She is gentle and kind and will play tug of war with other dogs. I view dogs as family members and will treat your dog as a family member while you are away ♥️ I currently am not working and can dedicate my day to taking care of your dog. Depending on your dogs personality I am happy to play with them in the backyard, go on walks, help with minor training, and relax on the couch together. If I do need to leave for a few hours just let me know if your dog prefers to be in a crate or can roam about the house. I want them to feel as comfortable as possible. I am happy to do exactly what you need. It’s ideal to keep dogs in their routine and I will assist with that. I am patient and will spend the time needed to make sure they are comfortable and you know your dog is cared for.
