“Brianna is literally the best! She communicates well, she is always on time for scheduled dog walks, she gives love to my kitty on her visits, she takes the BEST pictures and always leaves cute updates that make me smile and laugh at work. I highly recommend Brianna for any of your pet needs!”

About: We have an almost 1 year old pupper name Yuki, she loves playing and sleeping . We have experience training puppies and taking care of the more senior as well. My wife and myself both work from home and have plenty of time through out the day to take care of any pet needs while we work. We care for all pets as if they were our own, we pamper and care for our old lady and would do the same for any other dog present.
“Polina was excellent with walking my husky this week! Our pup has a personality and is very strong, but she fell right in line with Polina. Polina is great with dogs, clearly an animal lover! We will book with her again for sure!”

“Katelyn is outstanding. Reliable, friendly, loving, and attentive to details. Her debriefs of each walk make me smile and fill me in on how my animals are doing. Thank you Katelyn for everything!”

About: What sets me apart is lifelong animal experience caring for cats, dogs, injured pets, expecting dogs, and ill animals. I've pet sat for 6 years and am experienced administering medications orally and via injection with patience, compassion, dignifying , and attentive care. I currently have 2 little ones in school/camps and am part time- this leaves lots of room for adding some walks, cuddles, pets and car rides! I love taking pups on long walks, whether its up hill burning off the zoomies or slow calm strolls though the shady parts of the neighborhood. I'm happy to sit at your home and offer comfort and routine for your babies! Lots of my work can be done via laptop if you'd like me to hang out at all during drop ins or over night. Safety, comfort, and compassionate care are always my top priorities. As a Pet Parent myself, I understand the trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. I strive to give both you and your pet complete peace of mind, treating them with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own!
About: I’ve been around dogs since I can remember! My family loves all dogs and currently have two of our own! I’ve grown up walking, feeding, bathing, and taking care of our pets for years! I am happy to walk or run with your dog/dogs! I am also willing to walk more than one dog at a time. I am recently graduated from college and living at home. I work full time from home so I have the flexibility to take care of whatever your pet needs. I have some free time almost everyday, though advanced noticed is needed with my schedule. My family back home has one dog and one cat and a huge fenced in yard. We also live in a neighborhood that allows us to walk our dog regularly and for a while at a time. He loves going on long walks and playing!
About: Owning dogs since being a young child has ingrained the responsibilities that come with caring for animals. I understand that animals are a lot of work and require time and love. Having a cat for two years has diversified my experience as I truly understand the nuances in animals behavior and the way that different animals can require different approaches. I am a Colorado State University psychology student who is home for summer break. My availability is completely open so I am free whenever to come check on your pets! My own house is equipped with a mid size yard and a small doggy door. I do have a small dog and cat at my house that are friendly but still require proper introductions.
About: Hi! My name is Tiffany! I've volunteered for Austin Pets Alive! and other animal shelters. I have two small male Pomeranians, female Corgi, and a newly rescued Border Collie that are very loved at home! If you like to do play dates with my dogs, I’m all for it! As you can tell, I’m a huge dog lover. Your dog will be spoiled and loved in your home or have a nice walk around the neighborhood if needed to exert their energy! Will be happy to send as much photos and videos as you want! I'm accepting different sizes of dogs! Love them all! If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out to me anytime and I look forward to meeting your family member!
About: I’ve loved dogs since I was a kid. I can feed them, walk them, love them, whatever you need. Feel comfortable knowing they are well taken care of. I am current available to take care of pets during the day and overnight. I am in between jobs and have time to help you when you need. Responsible for entering homes and ensuring proper care of pets. Trusted with providing care for individual needs. I have a fenced yard and would love for pets to enjoy it.

About: I've spent most of my life caring for animals, both professionally and personally. I worked as a veterinary technician for several years in nonprofit veterinary medicine, where I assisted with exams, vaccinations, medication administration, post-operative care, and client education. I also worked in animal welfare and helped pet owners make informed decisions about their pets' health and wellbeing. Today, I share my home with three dogs and a flock of backyard chickens, and I have experience caring for horses, livestock, senior pets, puppies, and multi-pet households. I'm comfortable administering oral medications, monitoring pets for changes in behavior or health, and following detailed care instructions. Whether your pet needs an active adventure, a relaxing companion, or extra patience and attention, I understand that every animal is unique. My goal is to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care so you can travel with confidence knowing your pets are in good hands. Pet care is already a part of my daily routine. I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship throughout the day. As a pet owner myself, caring for animals is woven into my schedule, and I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, and making sure pets receive the attention, exercise, and consistency they need. Whether it's a quick check-in, a daily walk, or overnight care, I can easily incorporate pet care into my routine and provide regular updates for pet parents. When caring for pets in a client's home, my goal is to keep their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions, and any household guidelines provided by the owner. As a former veterinary technician, I pay close attention to behavior, appetite, mobility, and overall wellbeing so I can quickly identify any concerns. I treat every home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own. I keep spaces clean, secure, and organized, and I strive to leave the home exactly as I found it. Communication is important to me, so I provide regular updates and photos to give pet parents peace of mind while they're away. My priority is ensuring pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their familiar environment.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
