About: I've had cats all my life growing up, but the first real pet sitting experience I had was watching my grandparents cat when they needed a little vacation. Nowadays I'm a dog trainer who owns 4 cats, a bearded dragon, a leopard gecko, and fish just looking for a bit of extra cash to support the kitty's wet food and treat demands before I wake up to find them ready to eat me instead!😆 I currently work Friday to Monday so I'm available all day on Tuesday to Thursday to give your pup or kitty the attention they deserve! Our dogs go in and out all day as they please. If there is extra energy after dinner, we have a little more play time before we wind down. We don't allow dogs on the couch, but we do get down on the rug and hang out with them at night. Our youngest dog Lulu usually decides when she wants to go to bed and lets us know. Our senior Moose is more of a night owl who gets put to bed when he's good and tired, usually after he's fallen asleep. We understand that each routine is different and do everything we can to make our four-legged guests feel comfortable and at home. We have a four-foot fence in good condition around our yard and two friendly dogs. We are always happy to take any pets who like to jump over and explore, out on leash, and supervise playtime. We don't love dog parks for our pups but are happy to take yours if that is your preference. We know the personalities of all the dogs we pass each morning as we walk through the neighborhood, which allows us to adapt if your dog has any concerns about walking.

About: Hi! Wow! You're trying to pick a dog sitter. Trust me, I get it. I've spent nearly a decade travel nursing all across the country and have struggled always having to find someone I could trust with my own pup in each new city. I've been mostly really lucky but I've also been burned. I'll try to give you some information to help you decide if we are a good fit for you. Hopefully, you have taken a moment to read our reviews and peek at some pictures. We already have some REALLY great regulars but we're still open to meeting new friends! I've always loved caring for others- people AND pups and I am so so lucky to now be able to care for amazing dogs as my full time passion. First off, I am home 24/7. I go to school online, help my parents, play with, walk, and care for your pups, and work really hard to keep this lovely home pristine and cozy for our canine guests. If I do have a dentist appointment or something where I am briefly away, my parents live here. They are avid dog lovers and will actually watch and supervise the pups while I'm gone. Dogs are never crated or locked outside. I will love your dog as my own. We do host multiple boarders at once. The house is three stories with a fenced in yard. We have 3 living rooms, 4 cozy bedrooms, and a dog door so the pups have plenty of room and freedom to roam. The entire home is dog friendly. Your pup is welcome on all the furniture and in all of the beds. We pay very close attention to how many dogs we book and who we book together. I never book more dogs than I can walk at once and I don't throw a bunch of random dogs together. It is a carefully cultivated roster and it works very well. We insist that all of our dogs be well socialized. Amanda is my gentle 6 year old English cream golden retriever. She is the goodest girl and loves having friends around. She will act as your dog's ambassador. She teaches them the dog door, the best nap spots, where to potty, and how to sit and wait for treats. If you send a booking request, I will usually reply within minutes. If I have availability, we can work to set up a convenient time for a meet and greet where you can bring your dog to my home and meet Amanda. Because of the individualized care we provide, there is a real limit to how many dogs we can host. We would love to have you but we do fill up quickly so it is important try to get your booking confirmed as soon as possible. Your pets are my focus from when they wake up and until they are cozied up for bedtime. Again, I am home with them 24/7 and I absolutely love it. I "wear" my phone everywhere but the bathtub so I am always ready to snap lots of pictures and videos of your "children" throughout their stay. I take updating you very seriously and it takes a decent amount of time throughout the day. I really strive to be the absolute best dog sitter you will ever know so I stay busy with your pups from early until late. We take safety very seriously. This will start with your meet and greet and does not stop until your dog is back in your car and on the way home. We are experienced at this and we know what works and we stick to it. If there is ever an emergency we act quickly to get your dog immediate care. We will all be observing your dog throughout the day to make sure that they are eating, drinking, peeing, pooping, and happy. If we notice anything off you will know right away. If your dog has an activity or dietary restriction, you can trust us to take it seriously. We are also proficient in medication administration, first aid including CPR, and aftercare if your pup is recovering from an injury or procedure.
