About: Growing up with many different breeds, from German Shepards to Basset Hounds, I’m a loving and responsible dog owner with plenty of hands-on experience caring for pups. About: I grew up with a Standard Poodle that I had for 12.5 years and was responsible for taking care of her from when she was a puppy to a senior dog. I dog sat my neighbor's Yorkie while they were away for a couple days at their house. While I was living at the Olympic training center, I took care of her leader dog for a week, so I have experience taking care of service dogs. I also dog sat about 5-6 people's dogs on the Trusted House Sitter platform for time periods of up to 2 weeks. Finally, I will be dog sitting my Dietetic's preceptor's 14-year-old Chihuahua and cat for about 2 weeks, so I will also have experience cat sitting. Pet care such as staying at the owner's house, dog sitting, visiting the house to let dogs out, and also going for walks fits very well into my daily schedule since I'm a full-time online Dietetics student. I'm also currently doing some nutrition coaching online. Furthermore, I'm an elite cyclist who goes on training rides, but I'm still able to take dogs on walks and hikes depending on their needs. I care for pets in client's homes since I make sure to take care of pets as if they are my own. I like to follow the each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding and walking schedules, medications (if needed), and any other special instructions. I also make sure to provide exercise and play time for dogs, making sure pets always have access to clean, fresh water, and sending photos and text updates to pet owners so they can have peace of mind while they are away. Beyond pets, I like to keep organized and clean while I'm staying at someone else's house and my goal is to leave it cleaner than when I left. If you have plants, I'm also willing to water them while you are away as well!

About: Hi! I’m Ghanika! I recently moved to Castle Rock, and I’m also frequently visiting home in Lafayette, which makes me pretty flexible with anywhere in between. For the time being, I have multiple days off, especially during the first week of September, and I’d love to fill that time doing something I genuinely love :) I currently work part-time as a server and also have a full-time warehouse job, so I mayyyy know a thing or two about responsibility, staying on top of things, and wanting an excuse to get outside for an hour or 2 This adulting thing is weird, but I’m really excited to build relationships in my new community, meet some new furry friends, and have something I genuinely enjoy outside of the 9–5 grind. I’ve always had a huge soft spot for all animals with also being said i’ve pet sit for friends, family, neighbors before so it’s all super familiar to me. I myself, have beans he’s my newest addition to the family, he’s a 5 month short hair kitty, and my 2 dogs! Luna being a german shepherd mix who just turned 1, and leo being a shih tzu who is now 7🥲 I genuinely love getting to know their different personalities. I take what I do seriously, and I’m someone who will genuinely put effort into making sure your pet is happy and well cared for. Shoot me a message! i’m consistently always anxious about my kitty being anxious about his litter being too full, I clean it at least 2 times a day and the backyard being picked up, ive made it part of my routine to fully make sure things are clean, my babies are fed and worn out before I can even sit down, if i don’t, they’ll show me at 2 in the morning😅not too much of a hassle though since it has come part of our set routine. whatever is needed I can follow, basic necessities and/or any accommodations that they might need to ensure comfortability with you and them, I also always do have my phone in hand so if I needed to shoot you a text or had any concerns you’d be the first to know.

We have used Connor a number of times to watch our cat. He has been very patient with our kitty. Connor has taken pictures showing us the progress Watson has made warming up to Connor. Kelly is incredible. I first hired her as a cat sitter to help me navigate twice-daily meds & special food & sifting litter for my very-frail-at-the-end-of-her-ninth-life senior cat, Pickles.
