“We have used Kellie many times and as always it was a great experience. Our two girls love going to see Kellie and Mabel, they go running into her house and start looking for Mabel.”

“Darren and his family are awesome, they welcomed my pup into their home and treated him like their own. Boomer was very comfortable with there and loved being apart of their family while I was away. Definitely will use Darren again!”

“Karen and Gary were amazing with my fur baby! They sent photos every day and spoiled our girl with lots of fetch and love. I'm so happy I already booked them for our next trip!”

“My pups had an amazing time as always. I feel like I am dropping the dogs off with a family member. They are so kind and caring ! And they love the other dogs and the big back yard!”

“Excellent hosts! Great communication, very trustworthy, flexible - really everything you’d want when looking for pet sitting. Our pup will definitely be back!”

“Melody was a wonderful cat sitter for my cat, Bolo. Bolo is playful and curious but also a bit timid, and Melody was very patient and gentle with him, which really helped him feel comfortable. She took great care of him while I was away and made sure he had attention, playtime, and everything he needed. Melody also sent regular updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind. I’m very grateful for the care she gave Bolo and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and reliable cat sitter.”

“Sylvia was a great fit for Luna! She adjusted quickly, and came home very happy. So I know Sylvia cared for Luna as her ow. Her home is a welcome environment, great backyard for Luna to explore, and she’s open to any special needs that Luna might have. We have rebooked with Sylvia for another stay for Luna. I feel very grateful to have found Sylvia on Rover!”

“Mary Jo is amazing! Our girl was treated like family, and we enjoyed the photo updates. We’re so glad to have have found her, and look forward to booking another stay for our pup again soon.”

About: I've taken care of my dogs from when they approached their final days and comforting them, to bringing up new pups into safe and loving environments. I put the dog's needs as a priority first and foremost! The services I can provide for range from physical activity such as walking, training young pets about necessary dominance and commands, attending to senior pets for their specific needs, and setting up motions or calls for practice such as rewarding the pet with treats for obeying. My past experience with pet care can come down to how every pet can feel like a new routine and learning experience to adapt to. I can give my services for both full and part-time calls as of now, and am just as okay with traveling to the client's home to care for them there if they are not comfortable leaving them at my own home! I am just as willing to provide my own needs before the needed days. Whether I have something going on or want to fit in pet care, I work to make sure a firm and specific routine is made for a pet's fitness, health, exercise, feeding, and care! While I currently have two other dogs to call my own at my home, both my own place and a client's are where I aim to learn a client's needs and expectations, timing, and how I can make the pet's experience as safe and secured as possible!
“This is our dog's second time with Amy. It is obvious that he is well loved and treated like a dog of their own. I get updates and photos daily and he comes back very happy. I couldn't ask for more.”

“Our dogs had a great time with Boots, Nichole and Chris. We felt really comfortable leaving our dogs with them and got fun updates while we were gone. They were happy and tired from all the fun they had when we got back.”

“What a happy wag experience for my pup Roobie! Julie was super kind and accomodating. Her dogs couldn't have been friendlier and her house and large back yard was perfect for dog sitting. Absolute thumbs up recommendation! Will use again.”

“Emily was awesome! She sent a ton of Buddy update pics while we were gone and he definitely looked like a happy camper chilling in her backyard. I would 100% recommend Emily for your little pupper if you are ever needing a sitter.”

“I was initially very nervous about using this service. But with so many great reviews and repeat customers, I felt good about my decision to use Kari! We exchanged many messages before my arrival to CO and the “meet-n-greet” went great. I felt very comfortable leaving Shanti there for the night…and could tell she had a great little vacay from me when I picked her up!”

“Brian and Laura are absolutely fantastic people. As soon as we walked in the door we knew Kaia would be taken care of as if she was home. The consistency in walks, photos and updates was amazing and we are so grateful to have found Brian and Laura here on Rover. We will definitely continue to use them for our furbabies 💜”

“Raja loves staying with Carly, Hunter, and Tilly. He’s always super exciting to be with them and tired/slightly sad when he comes home. Those are signs of a happy dog. Carly and Hunter are the best!”

“Highly Recommend Victoria! This is the second time our dog, Teddy, spent time with Victoria and her family and again he came home so happy and tired out from playing with her dogs in her fenced in yard. Both times have been a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to hiring her again. Victoria also sent pictures and video and that made us feel good as he was well loved and cared for by them.”

“Ruffles and Momo had a blast with Sam and Stella for the weekend! Sam was fantastic and you can clearly tell she has lots of love for animals. She made sure to understand our dogs’ needs and kept us updated throughout the sit with lots of pictures. We wouldn’t hesitate to have her watch our boys again.”

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
