Inside the house, I’ve designed the space to be a cozy retreat for pets. I have a large, comfortable dog carrier for pets who need a quiet space to rest, as well as plenty of soft bedding and safe spots for them to relax and feel secure. I believe in building trust with each animal, which is why I ensure they have access to everything they might need, at any time — from fresh water in every room of my home to ample opportunities for play and attention.

About: I am a retired licensed Registered Veterinary Technician with twenty five years experience. I can administer any medications needed and also monitor blood glucose. I am glad to speak with your veterinary professional. I have competed in many dog sports including agility, obedience trials, dock diving and am an experienced dog trainer who really loves the dogs. Hiking, off lead play in a fenced environment, trips to the river and lake during summer months. Living in Monterey California is perfect for me because it is such a dog friendly community. When I leave the house, your baby goes with me as long as the weather permits. Each day can be a new adventure. Geriatric dogs welcome, as well as dogs that have special needs or care. I am retired and available full time to care for your dogs. I set my daily schedule to meet your needs. Seaside and Monterey are so dog friendly. I am currently licensed in California as a registered veterinary technician. References available upon request I have not one but 2 secure fenced yards so your dog can come in and out with me during the day. They do not need to interact with my dog, but if they want to I can make supervised visits between them

About: I've been around pets for most of my life and, while I currently don't have any pets of my own, I am regularly asked to sit for friends and family. I'm currently unemployed and will have plenty of time for your pup(s). I'm currently available all days of the week until 6pm and can adjust as necessary based on your needs. I have a fenced yard for your pup(s) to run around and explore. I have plenty of dog toys for them to play with and can easily crate them if needed.

I'm happy to work out a schedule that works for you, as long as I have at least 2 days' notice. :) I prioritize the safety and wellness of your pets by following any dietary restrictions, medications, and exercise they may need. I have experience working in a vet lab at an animal shelter, so I am comfortable distributing medication. I also want to ensure your animals are having a good time, so if your pet enjoys going for long walks/runs, to the dog park, long car rides, etc. I'd be happy to take them!

About: I have loved animals, especially dogs and cats since I was a little kid. I have grown up around animals all my life and I volunteered at the Peace of Mind Dog Rescue center in 2024. I've worked with cats, dogs, and horses and I'm good with understanding dog behavior. I'm a college student who will be doing classes for a few days of the week. But besides that I can be flexible with time. I feed, walk, and play with the dogs I take care of. I make sure to carefully follow your directions on how to take care of your dog or cat. I keep them feeling calm and happy when I am with them. I will make sure everything is out of reach of the dogs and cats and make sure things are safe.

About: My love for animals started with all variety of pets growing up on a farmstead setting. I went on to volunteer and subsequently work for a small local no kill animal shelter. I have taken care of puppies/kittens, seniors and special needs pets for extended periods through the shelter as well as for friends and colleagues over the years. I enjoy a mellow, but active lifestyle that I have found is the optimal formula for establishing trust with new four legged friends. Pet care is priority number one in my day to day matters. I will plan accordingly to afford the opportunity to walk, socialize and feed the pet according to their needs in order to limit stress and maximize compatibility for both of us. I have a fenced yard and no other pets at present in my home. I do not intend to board more than one pet at a time from different homes to limit potential conflict. Care depends largely on the animal’s demeanor. Ideally I would interact with constant attention, walks, light training and play.
