Pet Sitting Monterey

About: Easy going and adaptable dog walker with experience! Animal lover and grad student wanting to work on the side! Looking forward to meeting you and your pets! I am currently a full time graduate student which consists of a pretty busy schedule during the week but leaves the weekends very open. Also, on breaks, usually consisting of 4-6 weeks at a time, my schedule is wide open to accommodate a variety of dog walking needs. I have a fenced backyard with a moderate amount of space to run around. When dog sitting or walking, I always try to be aware and alert during social situations and pay attention to the needs of your dog while making sure they can get their energy out!

About: I have been around dogs and cats my whole life. I grew up with an Australian Shepard mix, two Dalmatians, and two cats. I understand how mischievous they can be; as well as how amazing and loving they are. I have no issues with younger energetic dogs or slower elderly dogs. I love them all the same. I currently am taking a leave of absence from CSUMB. I have plenty of time to hangout with your dogs! I believe socialization is important for dogs especially, and Im more than glad to be there. I live in an apartment building so having dogs stay over is very difficult. However, my place is safe for dogs and has space for them to be a little goofy. I love dogs and whether it's cuddling up or playing fetch, Im there!

About: Hello my name is Rubi! I am the owner of two beautiful cats. I have own cats, dogs, hamsters, etc. For all of my life. Giving me the experience of older and younger cats and dogs. From handling young pups and kittens to hand feeding senior cats and dogs. I am available all of sunday-wednesday! I am a Pacific Grove local! my energy is very flexible, I love to go for a long walks and be energetic for the hyper dogs and cats out there! I am also very calm to the approach if I face a timid pet. I love to go over routines as well as getting to know your pet before any alone time so we know everyone is safe and comfortable.

About: I’m the mom to a cat named Zeppelin, a dog named Stevie and a horse named Cece. I successfully trained both Stevie and Zeppelin (yes you can train a cat!) myself and have dabbled in equine training as well. Being the guardian of a nervous, reactive pup, I pride myself on understanding animal behavior and dog body language. After bringing Stevie home, I was quickly thrown into the world of dog training and behavior modification out of necessity and I have a special place in my heart for nervous pups. I've even started training other people's dogs on the side! After training my own dog, I fell in love with the process and couldn't put it down! I’ve also worked in a veterinary office and feel confident in my abilities to keep your animals safe and know how to handle emergencies. I’m a lab assistant for an environmental toxicology lab and train dogs on the side. I am available for drop ins and walks in the late afternoon and evening most days as well as any time on Sunday’s. At this time I am not available for boarding or overnight stays. I’ll treat your pets like I treat my own, all of mine are rescues that took time, patience and trust to get to where we are now. I understand that having a new person around might be scary for your pet at first but I look forward to building a relationship with them so we all feel safe and comfortable. Having a nervous, reactive dog and a nervous cat has taught me how to better understand dog and cat body language and to go at their own pace.

About: I’ve cared for friends and neighbors’ pets throughout the years. I also have experience working with the SPCA as a volunteer. I am a responsible sitter who can walk, bathe, feed, play with, and tend to your pet! *the one thing I can not do is administer medication via injection!* Please reach out to me and we can find a schedule that works! Please refer to my posting for a general idea- walks and drop in visits are best for me because I am a college student :)) I am respectful of your space and attentive to your pets’ needs. Depending on your pet’s personality, I can adapt to their behavior and needs to give them the best experience possible!

About: I grew up around horses and learned to respect all living creatures large and small. We always had pets at home and they gravitated towards me because I like to play and have fun with them. I had a cat for 16 years in my youth and loved her so much. Kitties will always have a special place in my heart. I have had many pets over the years and my most recent were two rescue shepherd/husky mix wonderful family members. They were brother and sister and both passed away. I do not currently have any pets of my own right now. Pet sitting is the joy of my life, and I cannot imagine a day without walking, playing and cuddling with furry friends. I am home all day and available to spend quality time with your fur babies! I am extremely flexible and am here for all of your pet’s needs. I like as much information about the pet as you'd like to give me. Whatever your pet needs, I will provide for them. I have lots of experience with anxious dogs and senior dogs and cats. I welcome any information you can provide to help your pet feel comfortable. I will only feed your pet what you provide. I will follow all of your instructions verbatim.

About: I have taken care of my sisters dogs ranging from 1-3 week at a time and provide love,care, safety and fun. My place is fenced and dogs can be roaming around. I currently work full time (remote) and I can walk or watch dogs before, during or after work and on the weekends. I open to onboard dogs any day. I am available to house/dog sit at owners home. I walk, feed and play with the dog during the day and night; walk the dog as much as needed. I clean up after the dog when able.

About: Always had a love of animals cats and dogs. Pets are all lovable in their own fun and unique ways. I would one, guarantee your pet friends are looked after with the most care and attention and two keep, in close contact with you providing updates and photos throughout 🐕‍🦺🐈‍⬛🐾 On the weekends I’m the most flexible both during the day and night. Weekdays I’d be available 4pm and after for walks, drop ins or stays. I can’t provide lodging at the moment but regarding drop in or stays I’d treat anyone and anyone’s home as I would friends and family.
