Pet Sitting in Monterey

About: I've been caring for animals for many years and have personally owned five beloved dogs throughout my life, including my current little companion Leo. All of my dogs lived well into their senior years, so I'm very familiar with the extra patience, gentleness, and care older pets need. I have experience caring for dogs and cats with medication schedules, mobility challenges, and special feeding routines. I've also provided overnight house and pet sitting for a home with three dogs and two cats over several years, making sure every pet received individual attention and care. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and especially enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality. I'm patient with shy or anxious dogs and work at their pace so they feel safe and comfortable. My goal is always to make pets feel calm, loved and well cared for while their families are away. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to provide dependable pet care throughout the day. I'm available for walks and drop-in visits in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and my weekends are usually open as well. I'm able to give pets plenty of attention during visits and can accommodate multiple visits per day when needed. I'm also happy to stay in local hotels with your dog while you go out and about! When caring for pets in a client's home, I always prioritize their safety, comfort, and routine. I take time to carefully follow each owner's instructions for feeding, medications, walks, and daily care so pets feel as relaxed and secure as possible while their families are away. I'm attentive to details such as making sure doors and gates are secure, leashes are properly fitted for walks, and the home is left just as it was found. I respect each client's home and privacy and treat it with the same care I would my own. I'm happy to schedule a meet and greet before new bookings so both pets and owners can feel confident their pets are happy and well cared for. If requested I'm glad to bring in mail or packages during visits.

About: I have taken care of my sisters dogs ranging from 1-3 week at a time and provide love,care, safety and fun. My place is fenced and dogs can be roaming around. I currently work full time (remote) and I can walk or watch dogs before, during or after work and on the weekends. I open to onboard dogs any day. I am available to house/dog sit at owners home. I walk, feed and play with the dog during the day and night; walk the dog as much as needed. I clean up after the dog when able.

About: Always had a love of animals cats and dogs. Pets are all lovable in their own fun and unique ways. I would one, guarantee your pet friends are looked after with the most care and attention and two keep, in close contact with you providing updates and photos throughout 🐕‍🦺🐈‍⬛🐾 On the weekends I’m the most flexible both during the day and night. Weekdays I’d be available 4pm and after for walks, drop ins or stays. I can’t provide lodging at the moment but regarding drop in or stays I’d treat anyone and anyone’s home as I would friends and family.

About: I have the utmost respect for life in all forms. Years experience volunteering in wildlife rehabilitation and fostering animals. Grew up training dogs and target training chickens and fish. I have my own senior dog, so I am well versed in senior dog care. I have a gift for observation and notice the little things and differences in behavior and health. Always excited to care for new furry friends :) I work from home and care for my senior dog. The animals I choose to care for are my priority, daily/weekly routine can fluctuate due to the specific needs of each pet. I have a fenced yard with lots of sun that when possible I sit and soak the heat in with my fur baby. Plenty of sun indoors too for those that enjoy to sunbathe. I keep a good schedule and routine to keep consistency and trust. Walks and stimulation to keep anxiety down, and dedicated one on one time playing games or doing tricks to build a confident relationship with me and your pet.

My experience grew as I took on part time sitting jobs for friends and family and have loved getting to spend time with all of the animals under my watch. About: I never stop loving the animals I care for—my own or anyone else’s. I stick to their routines, their quirks, their “this bowl, not that bowl” rules. And I always make sure the shy little one still gets their food and attention (yes, Cleo, I’m talking about you). I’m gentle, reliable, and I pay attention to the pets who usually slip under the radar. Everyone gets cared for here. I’m a substitute teacher, so I have a flexible schedule and can choose the days I work, which makes it easy for me to fit pet care into my routine. The only consistent times I’m unavailable are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:50–8:00 PM when I have standing commitments. Outside of that, I’m very open and able to plan my schedule around the pets I’m caring for. I try to keep things as close to your pet’s normal life as possible. I follow their routine, their feeding schedule, and all the little details that make them feel comfortable. Some pets want playtime and attention, others just want a calm presence nearby, I pay attention to that and adjust to them. I’m gentle, patient, and I make sure they feel safe, especially if they’re shy or a little anxious. I also keep you updated so you know your pet is doing well while you’re away.

About: I have been pet sitting since I was 15! I have taken care of all kinds of animals, including both dogs and cats! I am comfortable with all levels of care and can provide anything you need. I have experience with complex diets, dog walking, and in-home care. I am a current college student, and I have a very flexible schedule! I am doing research this summer, which will only be in the early mornings. Beyond that, I am an early riser and can meet all sorts of levels of care. I am comfortable with crate training and getting cats and dogs into crates when necessary. I have lots of past experience with baths, nail trims, walks, and more! About: I have personal experience raising my bluenose American Staffordshire Terrier for six years. I recently lost my fur son on April 10th. I am very comfortable taking care of high energy, strong, and high-needs dogs. I also have a lot of experience working with small dogs, as I have grown up with 3 mini dachshunds and regularly volunteered at animal shelters growing up. I am comfortable with cat care, as I helped to take care of my roommate's Ragdoll for three years and have helped with cat sitting for multiple friends. I grew up doing competitive horseback riding and have experience in equine care. I love animals and I have fun pampering them! I work from 10-5, but am available any time before or after that for walks and pet sitting. My hours are generally consistent. I am free on weekends as well! For pet walking, I ensure a minimum of 20 minutes total. I like to allow your pet for time to sniff, exercise, and/or practice commands. Before I leave the house, I also ensure the pet is relaxed and comfortable, and that water has been refreshed.

About: I've been surrounded by animals my whole life and now care for one dog and five cats of my own. I'm experienced, patient, and treat every pet with the same love and attention I give mine. I'm in school during the week but free after 3:30 (2:45 on Wednesdays), weekends, and all holidays. Pet care is part of my daily life, so I'll always make time for your furry friend. Your pet's comfort and safety come first with me. I keep a calm, clean, and loving environment where pets feel secure and cared for. I follow routines closely and make sure they feel at home.
