About: I started off my Rover journey in Seattle for a few years until COVID hit, and continued to watch pets offline for military families while living in Japan for the past 5 years. Now that I’m back in the US, I’m eager to start up my Rover services again! I am mostly experienced with small-medium dogs, with breeds like terriers, poodles, chihuahuas, corgis, and shelties. I grew up caring for hamsters and parakeets, and started getting more involved with dogs and cats in university as I volunteered with local shelters and rescues. I’ve raised 2 dogs of my own, and also took in a stray kitten for a few weeks until finding a permanent home for her. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages, but more recently I’ve learned a lot about caring for senior dogs as my own dog has entered the geriatric age and needs more patience and empathy. If you have a senior dog that needs special attention, I’m happy to accommodate their needs so you can have peace of mind that your pup is being cared for while you’re away. I’m currently in between jobs so I have plenty of flexibility during the week to drop by your home for some play time and exercise! I respect that every dog has individual needs. I had my own cat that later in life needed subcutaneous fluids, pills, and shots so I am experienced with the trickery of loving care while an animal is in a difficult situation. About: I have grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. I’ve helped take care of both in my own family and other family members pets for many years. Looking to help out pet owners in need of a sitter or walker! I work on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 4:00pm-11:00pm. About: Lots of experience with reactive dogs. I've fostered many dogs (not currently fostering) that are adjusting to the world which has given me plenty of experience with reactive and hard to walk dogs. Brianna was wonderful! She was able to stay a bit longer than expected on her first night with our shy, elusive cats to make them comfortable with her. One requires taking medication twice a day - so it was essential they felt comfortable with her quickly. We were concerned our cat might not reveal herself to get her medicine (which has happened for other caregivers), but we needn’t have worried!
