About: I’m the mom to a cat named Zeppelin, a dog named Stevie and a horse named Cece. I successfully trained both Stevie and Zeppelin (yes you can train a cat!) myself and have dabbled in equine training as well. Being the guardian of a nervous, reactive pup, I pride myself on understanding animal behavior and dog body language. After bringing Stevie home, I was quickly thrown into the world of dog training and behavior modification out of necessity and I have a special place in my heart for nervous pups. I've even started training other people's dogs on the side! After training my own dog, I fell in love with the process and couldn't put it down! I’ve also worked in a veterinary office and feel confident in my abilities to keep your animals safe and know how to handle emergencies. I’m a lab assistant for an environmental toxicology lab and train dogs on the side. I am available for drop ins and walks in the late afternoon and evening most days as well as any time on Sunday’s. At this time I am not available for boarding or overnight stays. I’ll treat your pets like I treat my own, all of mine are rescues that took time, patience and trust to get to where we are now. I understand that having a new person around might be scary for your pet at first but I look forward to building a relationship with them so we all feel safe and comfortable. Having a nervous, reactive dog and a nervous cat has taught me how to better understand dog and cat body language and to go at their own pace.

About: Hello my name is Andrew, preferably Andy! I am currently a community college student at Monterey Peninsula College. I will be entering my final semester (Fall 2026). Looking to help out pet owners in need of a sitter or walker! I work on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 4:00pm-11:00pm. About: I'm a Registered Veterinary Technician with experience in emergency, intensive, and general care. I have a soft spot for pets with special needs and am able to administer all types of medication, including insulin. Do you monitor your pet's blood glucose level at home? No problem! I can obtain samples and record values. I'm trained to recognize when something isn't right, and can obtain veterinary care based on your directives. I utilize low-stress techniques for administering medication, and am comfortable handling a variety of temperaments, from cranky kitties to grumbly Chihuahuas! I provide lots of positive reinforcement to develop a bond with each dog or cat- my hope is for your little one to hardly notice that you're away! Open and honest communication is important to me - I can provide updates with photos, via email or text as little or often as you wish.
