She sent us videos of them everyday, and they clearly loved her. She even won over our skittish boy who's slow to warm up to strangers. Lupita is also very responsible over text and kind/easy to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone.”

With his age and health issues, he also gets an upset tummy and has a tendency to vomit. I appreciated her not shying away from that and cleaning up after him one day. Loved all the beautiful photos she captured of him as well. It was really nice to be able to visit with family for a weekend without having to worry about how he was doing.”

She took excellent care of my aging boxer and was very attentive to his needs. She reported back to me twice a day. There were no extraordinary needs while I was gone.”

About: Grew up in Santa Cruz and love the neighborly vibe! I’ve had pets my whole life yet now travel and would love caring for yours! With my flexible work schedule I can work from anywhere, therefore, my ability to take on last minute jobs. I’m an early riser and enjoyed taking walks and hikes. I enjoy watching pets in their own home, so that they are in their comfort zone and keep their routine. Over time, getting to know how they like to live life on the inside and the outside of their environment.

“My Bonnie is about a 4 year old breeder dog who was sent to a kill shelter when she could no longer produce puppies. We managed to get her from the shelter and has been with us for about 4 months. She is still nervous around people, but took to Sof the very first time they met. I think Sof did a great job with Bonnie. I was notified when Sof was at the house and what her and Bonnie did while together. Also got pictures at every visit. I felt very confident that Bonnie was in good hands. I highly recommend Sof and would certainly use her again”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life! I’m currently in Santa Cruz for college and miss my pups so much. I currently have an Australian shepherd so I know how to handle dogs big and small. I can promise to treat your dogs like they are my own <3 I also have a car and will be prepared for anything! This truly depends! I am a student so I do have classes everyday however it’s not an 8-3pm deal. We can workout specific dates and times but I’m very flexible I do not plan on doing overnights at the clients homes however I live in a clean home with a backyard and front yard. I will also walk the dogs as much as my client may like. I live with 4 other girls who also love dogs so your pup will be in the safest of hands.

“Lisa took great care of my shy girl Puggles over the Thanksgiving weekend while I was out of town. She followed my detailed feeding and litter box instructions thoroughly during drop-in visits and was able to get Puggles to jump into her lap on the first day, which is very impressive! She is normally fearful around people and it usually takes a couple days for her to warm up to new faces, so that is a testament to Lisa's patience and calm demeanor. She was on time each day and I received daily updates and photos of my kitty getting her much-needed dose of head scratches. Upon return, my apartment was left spotless and all trash had been taken out. I definitely recommend Lisa for any pet-sitting needs and would book her again!”
