“Bentley loves being outside, so the deck and large property is just what he needs. I feel 100% comfortable and fully confident that he is in good hands here. Charles has cared for Bentley many times over the past 8 years before he started using Rover, so I already knew he was fantastic! The house is always very clean, organized and safe for pets. Charles is so very easy to work with, responds really quickly, and makes sure Bentley is safe and happy. He truly seems to love caring for dogs, and he is just a genuinely good person overall. Bentley is a senior dog now, but he doesn't have any unique needs. However, it really makes me happy to know that Charles has so much experience in dealing with aging pets. I know that one day Bentley may be on medications, develop cataracts or start losing his hearing. It is great to know that I will have a very special place for him that will truly cater to whatever needs arise. Charles has so much patience for blind dogs, especially. I know he goes the extra mile for all dogs, but especially the blind ones. What he has done to help his blind dog since he rescued her several years ago is hands-down amazing. I can tell she has blossomed in his care, and I know he does the same for all the dogs he takes into his home. I could write so much more here about Charles and the family, but for the sake of brevity, let me just say they are the BEST you can get! 5+ stars doesn't even begin to say it all. Hayeon did an amazing job watching our dog, Cooper, for 10 days!! She sent photos and videos everyday of him having a great time. He got a ton of walks, attentions, and treats—all of his favorite things! He seemed completely at ease even though this was her first time with her and he tends to be shy around new people. I highly recommend hiring Hayeon!!
Michaela was very accommodating and responsive. She always responded to my questions/concerns within a reasonable time period. She also provided several pics and a video to help put my mind at ease ( This was only my 2nd time leaving him with someone and he’s an older dog, so I always worry about him). But most importantly, when I picked Cooper up he was in Great spirits. Thanks!

Anna was amazing with Bronnie! She was on top of making sure we had picture updates throughout the week and she made sure our boy was taken care of!
