“Kyle had a wonderful time with Diane. He is a 2 yo border collie and entertaining him is no small feat but Diane kept him happy with lots of frisbee and yard time! She has the cutest front yard that is fenced for dogs. She is kind and dog knowledgeable. Kyle is giving a 5 paw rating 🐶”

“TK is seriously one of the best sitters you can find on Rover! My 6-year-old Border Collie is energetic, loves to play, and can sometimes be challenging on leash, but TK and his entire family treated her like one of their own. You can tell from the photos that they genuinely spend time playing with and caring for the dogs—not just watching them. She had a huge smile every day and was actually sad to leave when I picked her up! TK is also very experienced with dogs and even helped work on some behaviors I’ve struggled with, like jumping on people and not always listening to commands. I’ve used Rover and different dog care facilities for years, and TK truly stands out. You can tell he genuinely loves and understands dogs. 10/10 — I would absolutely trust him with my pup again!”

“Oscar loved his stay with Aaron and his new friends. He is a senior doggie with special needs but Aaron handled it like a pro. And I miscalculated his special food and Aaron stepped in a made Oscar a home cooked meal. So kind and thoughtful I came back to a happy healthy pup. I almost want to gatekeep Aaron.”

“Doug was great with Hershey! At the meet and greet he invited us into his home to see where Hershey would be staying. Doug welcomed all our notes, things Hershey "needed" and made him feel right at home. Thanks Doug! We'll definitely use you again.”

“We had an amazing experience with Deimante & Devidas S ! 🐶 They took such great care of him and kept us updated with photos where he looked genuinely happy and comfortable. As fellow Rover sitters ourselves, we can truly tell when someone is a real pet lover and they absolutely are. We’d confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter, and we’re sure Shadow will be very excited to stay with them again in the future! 💙”

“Bryce was very accommodating, kind, and responsive! He was open to meeting beforehand for my ease of mind prior to the stay and sent plenty of pictures and videos throughout. Would recommend and would book again!”

“Thanks Joyce! I highly recommend to all! You communicated well, made pick up/drop off easy, sent photos, and allowed our escape yo truly be that…. We knew our pup was well taken care of and we didn’t worry about a thing.”

“Mihye was wonderful in making sure our dog was comfortable when being away from home. She went above and beyond to help make sure we could enjoy our time away and sent many videos and pictures. We can’t thank her enough.”

“Stefani was super amazing. She was, thankfully, available to watch my pups last minute. Really nice. Lovely home with a fenced in backyard and two great dogs I'm sure mine were excited to meet. Very responsible and loved all the pics she sent of Fluffy and Nitro having fun there. Thank you!”

“The best dogsitter for your dog ! Our lil Aspen stayed for the second time and she feels at home with Olivia, just like with her own family. We highly recommend Olivia and her husband — you won’t find better dog sitters than them ! Thank you Olivia !”

“Our pup had a great stay with Violeta! She sent daily photos or videos of her playing. Great fenced backyard too! We would highly recommend Violeta to anyone looking for a safe place for their pet.”

“Jessie enjoyed herself and Chrissy was easy to work with, she was flexible and provide daily updates of Jessie adventures. She has large backyard withe plenty of space for Jessie to roam around.”

“Sitong accommodated a very last minute booking with great communication. I really enjoyed and appreciated receiving the pics of my dog during his stay. Would 100% continue to rebook with Sitong. Thank you for taking such great care of Charlie!!”

About: I’m a mom to 4 rambunctious children and 1 kid friendly chihuahua(14) and 1 loving husky pit mix(1). When most people meet my dog they are surprised at how friendly he is and how good he is with our young children. We used to have two dogs but we had to put older one down due to seizures and brain issues. In high school I worked in an army veterinary clinic as a veterinary assistant for a cooperative work experience program. My original plan in life was to be a veterinarian but after having to assist with some tough cases I decided just being a good pet owner and caregiver was more my speed. I’m a full time stay at home mom and love playing with my dogs and kids in my spare time. I’d love to help you care for your fur baby as well. I’m pretty flexible. I’m home days once I get my kids get off to school during the day. In the evenings and on weekends I take them to their respective practices or games but that doesn’t mean I don’t have time to care for and give your fur baby some love as well. I like to take my fur babies for about a mile walk in the morning and then my younger pup will go on another half mile walk with me in the after noon. My older guys stays home and chills but he gets lots of love and snuggles at home.
“Rachel took such wonderful care of Polito while I was away this past weekend. He’s usually shy and gets stressed around new people, but with Rachel he was relaxed and at ease within just a few hours, just like at home. She was incredibly loving, attentive to every care instruction, and kept me updated with plenty of pictures and videos. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was so happy. I’ve already booked Rachel for my next two trips! I highly recommend Rachel if you want peace of mind and heart knowing that your dog is safe and happy!”

“This is the second time in 2 weeks that Summer has kept our pets and we never have to worry about anything. She treats our pets and her home like they are her own, which we so appreciate. Thank you Summer for being so reliable and responsive!”

Kristin took fantastic care of my toy Pomeranian. She sent me picture and video updates showing Vixey loved like her own and I felt so comfortable while I was away knowing she was being taken great care of. Kristin was pleasant, professional and has a caring personality—thank you for keeping my mind at ease leaving Vixey in your beautiful home with your lovely pets and family.

Sully had yet another great stay with Erin! We have the peace of mind knowing he is loved and well cared for by Erin and having a ball with lots of playtime with his old and new doggy friends! Thank you Erin for being his home away from home! :). Once again we highly recommend Erin! :)

Olivia and her husband were wonderful with Phoebe! She felt at home because she was pooped when we got her back home. Olivia helped her feel welcome with some shared toys, water fountain and treats. I look forward to having them help us again. It's sometimes hard to find someone who's really good with your doggies, Olivia and her husband are GREAT and loving!

We had a wonderful experience with Marisa. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and we loved receiving regular photo updates throughout the stay. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our pet was in such caring, attentive hands and enjoying every moment. We will definitely be booking again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch care!"

Sean was fantastic with our dog Charlie during his stay. From the moment we booked, his communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring. Our pup didn't have any issues at all with Honey (Sean's dog) considering that Charlie was not a socialized dog. Sean sent regular updates and photos, and it was obvious Charlie felt comfortable, engaged, and well cared for. We came home to a happy pup. We’d absolutely trust Sean again for future trips — highly recommended.

We recently booked with Diane for a quick getaway and she was amazing! From the meet and greet to drop off and pick up, everything was a breeze. You can feel her love for animals and her desire to make their stay feel like home. Our sweet dog has found her new home away from home!
Lauren is kind and clearly cares about animals. My dog came back home calm and happy, which I truly appreciate. As constructive feedback, I think clearer communication and consistency would greatly improve the experience. Before the booking, I specifically asked about crate use and made it clear that using a crate is not acceptable for my dog, and I was told it would not be used. However, during the stay, I was informed that a crate might be used and that there would be an additional charge, which caused me a lot of stress while I was away. I also would have appreciated more frequent updates and photos, as this is something I have been accustomed to with other sitters on Rover and it helps provide peace of mind. Overall, my dog seemed happy and well cared for, and I believe Lauren has good intentions. With better communication and clearer expectations, she can continue improving her service.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.
The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
95% of sitters in Westfield can provide daily exercise during dog boarding stays. Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, this may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Westfield home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:

- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Westfield.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
