I found Lauren on Rover and she was able to meet me the next day to do a home visit. She was able to start walking my dog immediately and was fabulous. She is a kind and friendly person and connected to Baxter right away. Would highly recommend her for anyone! Thank you Lauren.

Lauren is kind and clearly cares about animals. My dog came back home calm and happy, which I truly appreciate. As constructive feedback, I think clearer communication and consistency would greatly improve the experience. Before the booking, I specifically asked about crate use and made it clear that using a crate is not acceptable for my dog, and I was told it would not be used. However, during the stay, I was informed that a crate might be used and that there would be an additional charge, which caused me a lot of stress while I was away. I also would have appreciated more frequent updates and photos, as this is something I have been accustomed to with other sitters on Rover and it helps provide peace of mind. Overall, my dog seemed happy and well cared for, and I believe Lauren has good intentions. With better communication and clearer expectations, she can continue improving her service.
