An absolutely wonderful experience. Excellent communication and sent videos and pics. More importantly my dog Max felt immediately comfortable and at home. He honestly didn’t care a bit when I left. The yard was perfect and safe for him to roam around. She asked all the right questions to make sure understood Max and how best to care for him. I will definitely book again.
I seriously can’t recommend Savannah enough! She and her family took amazing care of Rumi and Betty while I was away. My girls are both pretty shy and can take a while to warm up to new people, but it was obvious they felt safe, loved, and well cared for. Savannah sent me updates and pictures every single day, which meant so much and let me actually relax knowing they were in great hands. She was also incredibly kind and compassionate from the moment I dropped them off, and that meant more to me than I can put into words. When I picked them up, they were happy, relaxed, and clearly had been given lots of love and attention. I would trust Savannah with them again in a heartbeat, and I’m so grateful I found her. If you’re looking for someone who will truly treat your pets like they’re her own, she’s the one!

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Noonday home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Noonday.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Noonday sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
