⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing! Leaving Hugo while we went on vacation can be stressful, but Jacqueline made the entire experience worry-free. She provided frequent updates, along with lots of photos and videos, so we could see how much fun Hugo was having. It was obvious that she treated him like one of her own and gave him plenty of love, attention, and care. Her communication was outstanding, and knowing Hugo was in such great hands allowed us to fully enjoy our trip. We couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter and will definitely be using her services again. Highly, highly recommend! 🐾❤️

House Sitting • juil. 08, 2025

**Pet Sitter Review** We engaged Jacqueline to provide house sitting services for our dog during the Fourth of July holiday. The initial meeting was positive; Jacqueline demonstrated a good rapport with our dog, who appeared comfortable in her presence. The first day progressed smoothly. Jacqueline communicated effectively, sending numerous delightful videos showcasing her interactions with our dog, who seemed to be content. However, the second day began similarly, with effective communication. Unfortunately, early in the evening, communication ceased. As the evening continued, we began to receive alerts from our dog monitoring system indicating that our pet was in distress. Upon reviewing the video feed, we observed our dog crying and howling, likely in response to nearby fireworks. Although this firework noise is typically not something we would highlight as a concern, we have always managed to reassure our dog with gentle words these are just pop pops . As the night advanced and Jacqueline had not returned, we attempted to reach her without success. Utilizing our camera system, we confirmed that she had left and returned around midnight, without any communication to us during that time. Our dog's distress prompted us to contact Rover support. Subsequently, after some delay, Jacqueline returned and indicated that her phone notifications had been disabled. She communicated to Rover support that she had contacted us which was the extent of the engagement with that service. Following this incident, communication remained limited. The subsequent day, Jacqueline transported our dog in her vehicle without prior notification, leaving for approximately three hours. On the following two evenings, she left the dog unattended during the onset of fireworks, resulting in further distress alerts. Towards the end of the booking period, we received some communication and videos once more. As we traveled home, Jacqueline inquired about our estimated time of arrival just prior to the conclusion of her services. We provided this information, but she departed approximately two hours before our arrival, and we did not receive any further communication. Upon our return, we discovered that Jacqueline had not administered the special food and treats we had prepared for our dog. Additionally, the lunch meat intended for use as pill pockets to facilitate the administration of medication had not been utilized. While our dog appeared comfortable with her, we are concerned that the level of care provided did not meet our dogs requirements.

Jacqueline is the best! From the moment we met her, it was clear she was not only a true animal lover, but also an incredibly kind, honest, and trustworthy person. She treated our cat like her own—going above and beyond in every way. She sent frequent and thoughtful updates, and it was clear that our cat immediately bonded with her and got lots of cuddle time. Knowing our cat was in such good hands gave us complete peace of mind. We feel so lucky to have found her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares.
