She is excellent with pets, and really cares for them like they are her own ans provides a safe and clean environment for the pups. She is an excellent communicator and kept me updated with various pictures and videos throughout the day for the duration of Murphy's stay. Halfway through the stay Murphy wasn't feeling well one day, and she let me know ASAP, and helped me set up an action plan if we needed to take her to the vet but thankfully she got better the next day( and several laundry loads later)! Brandon clearly knows dogs behavior, which made me comfortable leaving Kinsley, Kirby, and Pistachio under his care. At drop off, our dogs got acquainted with the front yard and Kinsley was already playing fetch with Brandon. After we left, the dogs went inside and met the other dogs and I appreciated this approach--with us around, our dogs could have been protective. Updates were very frequent in the first 36 hours, which I needed, then appropriately spaced after that.
Michelle was absolutely incredible with Dolce—five stars across the board! She sent me detailed updates and adorable pictures every day, which gave me so much peace of mind because Dolce can be anxious in unfamiliar places. He warmed up to her so well, and it was clear from her thoughtful updates that she genuinely cared about him and spent quality time with him. She took amazing care of my little guy, and I will 100% book with her again and again!
We needed an overnight stay for our dog while we were out of town. One of our regular dog sitters had moved, and the other one we like was unavailable. Based on the reviews, I decided to contact Amanda, and I’m glad I did. Amanda was easy to work with and provided excellent care for our dog. She mentioned that he was a bit anxious during his stay, but she was patient, attentive, and took great care of him, which we really appreciated.
Karen has sat my older pittie maple twice now and has been great. She’s communicative and treats maple like her own. Maple can be stubborn on leash and hard to deal with on walks but Karen was able to handle it smoothly. Very grateful that maple was with Karen so I could enjoy my vacation. Highly recommend!
We left for a week long vacation and didnt want to board our dog that long so Chandni took him in and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was so nice knowing he was cozy and loved on while we were away! We'll definitely be sending him to camp Chandni again!
