Hello Roverites We are available to take care of your precious furry family members like our own. I personally love spending time with them. My perfect day with them is a walk at the Brook run dog park. But all in all, every minute I spend with them are the fun and bonding moments. After all, they are known as a man's best friend. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I used to work in hospitality so you can certainly expect a flair of top-notch concierge oriented service related to pets. If your pet loves hanging out with other dogs, I'll be glad to introduce them to my babies Popito & Cookie. I look forward to spend time with your pets and take care of them to the best of my abilities.

The dogs seemed to have a good time in Joseph's care. He sent photos regularly. He has two adorable little dogs as well. They seemed happy and clean when I picked them back up. While he was very nice and apologetic and granted a partial refund of our stay without being asked, a mistake was made with my dogs' eye medications. We met with Joseph for a meet and greet, explained the meds again in person, gave him a care sheet with written out instructions sent electronically, and had the instructions written on the storage box where all the medicines live. They are supposed to receive two different eye drops twice daily. My dogs ended up only receiving one eye drop as he thought the other eye drop was optional. When asked if they got BOTH eye drops, he said they had. I showed him that the other eye drop bottle was brand new and still sealed so that wouldn't be possible. Then he said that he misunderstood the instructions. Thankfully these eye drops aren't life saving medications like heart meds or diabetes meds, but the point is that he did not understand the instructions and that is a big deal when it comes to medications no matter what kind of medicine it is. Joseph apologized and seemed genuinely concerned about the dogs. I'm just leaving an honest review so that people know to be very very clear about medical needs to avoid confusion and mishandling. I do think he cares and strives to provide good care and unfortunately made a mistake, which anybody could do as we are all human. What is concerning is a lack of initiative to clarify the instructions if he was confused. It's also concerning that he didn't state the truth up front the first time when asked if he gave BOTH drops. I appreciate the gesture of a partial refund and taking responsibility for the mistake but it is not about the money at all. I would have rather had my dogs receive the complete care they were supposed to get daily. I'm not angry, but I am disappointed.

Joseph took excellent care of our dog Axel and kept us updated with pictures throughout our time away. Would definitely use again.
Joseph really helped me out during an emergency situation. He took the pups same day on really short notice and was super flexible with extending/modifying the dates as needed. I’m always at peace when my pups are with Joseph because I know they’re well taken care of and I really appreciate his willingness to help and kindness!
