I have been dog sitting on and off for friends and neighbors since I was a teenager and I love caring for dogs of all sizes. While I don’t have a dog of my own, I have had several special furry friends in my life and enjoy taking them on long walks in my neighborhood. I also especially enjoy the company of an older, more chill dog who might need some extra love and cuddles. I truly value creating a calm, loving environment where each dog feels safe, cared for, and at home.

The best dog sitter!
Kelsey sent great photos and kept us informed during our girls stay. Would highly recommend and would use again. She also gave us a drawing of our pups face which we really enjoyed receiving.

Schedule
I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and love to have a work buddy. I go into the office Tuesday-Thursday but am only 10 minutes from home and enjoy going on walks in the evenings and on the weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a two bedroom apartment up one flight of stairs in a gated apartment complex. I do not have a yard, but live in a very walkable neighborhood and love going on walks. One thing to keep in mind is that I live in apartment complex where there are often people going up and down stairs and making noise outside my door. If your dog is reactive towards outside noise then I may not be the right fit.
A typical day
I enjoy going on walks around my neighborhood in the mornings and evenings. When I work from home I can go out midday as well, and I often love to have cozy evenings at home.
