Grisel followed instructions in all aspects of Lexxie’s care even taking her to have her monthly visit to have her nails trimmed and contacting us when she needed to see the Vet for a possible eye infection. Because of an old leg injury Lexxie could not take long walks with the other dogs Grisel cared for, so, Grisel borrowed a wagon to place her in to enjoy “walking “ with the other dogs. We plan to schedule some doggie day care days with Grisel so that Lexxie can maintain the friendships she made.”

She had Winston wear an air tag as an extra precaution, and when he first arrived, she gave him time to explore the house and yard on his own before introducing him to the other dogs gradually. Winston came home safe and happy!”

She was available to accommodate Amara super last minute, which was life saving, and she really understood the needs of a senior doggo with a particular personality. She was very thorough, even communicating which vet she would use in case of emergency (don’t worry, no emergencies occurred!). They had a great time hanging out in her back yard, going on strolls and snuggling on the couch. Amara was a very happy girl at the end of her stay and I would definitely recommend Katherine as a Rover sitter!”

Roxy was wonderful. She was very easy to get along with and so of course my pup liked her as well. My doggy liked her and her husband right away and I felt comfortable having them watch her for a weekend trip. The apartment complex she is in is dog friendly and I saw maybe 6 people walking their dog around the complex when we first went to go check out the boarding situation. Although my dog doesnt like other dogs ,I felt comfortable that if she were to escape out the door [trying to find me ] that another dog lover would have seen her right away and she wouldnt get very far. Roxy was very cautious with my pup but im just saying IF my dog got out some how ,the area seemed sercure and dog friendly. Roxy and my dog bonded well and Roxy even crushed up my dogs food for her to eat it easier [she has teeth issues]. Roxy gets a 5 star from me and I will be using her service again for my next trip.
Kirsten and Jake took great care of Roxy! They were accommodating about our need for a last-minute booking and made time for a meet and greet on short notice. Communication was great and we were assured daily that our girl was safe and comfortable during her stay.
Demetra was a lifesaver after a last-minute cancellation of another sitter. Demetra was prompt, thoughtful, and flexible, and even arranged a meet and greet on short notice, which gave us peace of mind. Most importantly, my pup seemed to have a great time playing with her dogs!
Stephen was absolutely amazing with Finn and Otis! From the moment we dropped them off, we felt completely at ease knowing they were in good hands. He sent regular updates, photos, and little notes about how they were doing, which really put our minds at ease while we were away. This was my first time using Rover, I did a few meet & greets and felt right away that Michelle & James are very kind and great with animals. I had a wonderful experience dropping off and picking up.
