“It was our first time using Rover and I was a little nervous. Michael eased my mind and I knew Cooper would be in great hands. From the meet n greet I knew Michael was going to give my boy plenty of attention and then once we dropped him off I saw them on a walk right away. I got plenty of updates of them on walks and pictures of him on their adventures and him pooped out afterwards. Cooper enjoyed his stay and we will definitely be booking a stay with Michael again!”

“Thistle quickly warmed up to Persia (no easy task), and within hours he was romping and playing like a kid away at camp. He slept very well his first night home with us, a testament to how much fun and exercise he got. Persia also sent us daily photos of Thistle, some of our best photos of him to date!”

When it came time to find someone to care for him while we were both away for work, I pored over profiles and reviews and April’s stood out to me immediately. Her love, respect and compassion for not only dogs but all animals came through strongly in her introduction and I had a great gut feeling. I’m so happy to share our actual experience was even better than imagined. April was super responsive and communicative, making the booking from start to finish seamless. She kept us in the loop with how Axel was doing everyday and sent us great photos that really reinforced how much fun he was having and how right at home he felt! We’re so grateful April and her family embraced Axel as their own. I love how much he has bonded with them already especially with her girls. They took great care in ensuring he had plenty of mental and physical stimulation as well as plenty of love and affection 🥰. I really appreciated that April would check in as well if she had arrangements with other bookings and to ensure everyone felt good and safe about the circumstances. She even sent Axel home with delicious treats! “Tessa was amazing with Alvin’s separation anxiety! She kept me updated with pictures and made Alvin feel comfortable. She took Alvin on frequent walks, played with him outside, and made sure he had lots of cuddles! When he was whiny and anxious the first day, she reached out to find ways where Alvin would be more comfortable in his stay. She frequently sent photos, and I was at ease the whole trip that Alvin was in safe hands. Thanks a lot Tessa!”

Him and his wife were very communicative during his overnight stay and Smokey seemed very happy and well taken cared for when we came to pick him up in the morning. “Alyssa communicated effectively while scheduling and also while she had our senior pup under her care. Our dog is anxious and takes time to warm up to new places and people. Alyssa did a great job at making our dog feel welcomed and cared for. Our dog was relaxed when we picked her up. Alyssa’s home looks like a safe and welcoming place for the pups and the apartment complex she’s at has grassy areas where the pups can be walked. All in all a good space and great experience.”
