“Reginay watched my dog CeeCee I am definitely coming back again. Reginay kept in communication with me the whole time. She agreed to a meet and greet before she watched her. She is very sweet and professional the first time we met. I picked her before but didnt need her that time . She was very sweet and understanding thats why when i needed a sitter she wss the first person i contacted. Ceecee has very bad speration anxiety and this was my first time leaving her with someone she didnt know. I called and texted a million times she never missed not one call or text and made me feel at easy everytime. My dog also have pancreatitis She have a special diet she followed all food instructions i gave her .. Ceecee was smiling the whole time she was with her and she dont do that with anyone. Anything i asked her to do with CeeCee she always said "Sure, no problem" she is very good with communication and easy to talk to . She also have a dog Nova is so sweet and was also glad she was there to keep her company then another dog came over and it was a slumber party. She even took all three walking at once multiple times and took multiple pictures and videos with CeeCee smiling the whole time and let her sleep in her room with her which was amazing and when CeeCee needed her space from the other dogs she made sure she had it. Over all she was the perfect sitter .She made feel very comfortable with her watching CeeCee I am using her everytime I need a sitter. I would give her 100 stars if I could. She was the best! I couldnt ask for a better sitter. Thank you Reginay 😊.”

We were incredibly impressed that she was able to successfully groom Bella. Bella has a long history of not being welcomed back for groomers due to her defensive and aggressive nature for many years. Shes informative, patient and responds so well to our babys grooming needs. Alexandra was able to successfully groom her! Shes definitely a grooming gangster! She wants me to try to take her home and she doesn’t want me to leave her where she’s at. But when we showed up at Roy’s house, she’ll let me give her a couple pets and then she just walked inside like she owned the place. It was really clear how comfortable and safe our dog felt. Roy is an excellent communicator, is kind and responsive. Will definitely book again!”

“Cecilia was amazing! She came to the rescue when our original sitter had to cancel literally the day before drop off. This was our first time using Rover, so we were nervous leaving our dog and cat with someone new for an entire week, but meeting Cecilia immediately put as at ease. She was so warm, kind, and flexible with our drop off time. It was immediately evident they'd be in good hands and our Calvin even bonded a bit with one of her cats. Getting photos/videos everyday was super nice and we could tell they were very comfortable. She updated us on how they were doing everyday (Calvin didn't eat much the first couple days, but settled in). It was a great experience and if we need to use Rover in the future, we'll definitely be hoping Cecilia is available again!”

She was available to accommodate Amara super last minute, which was life saving, and she really understood the needs of a senior doggo with a particular personality. She was very thorough, even communicating which vet she would use in case of emergency (don’t worry, no emergencies occurred!). They had a great time hanging out in her back yard, going on strolls and snuggling on the couch. Amara was a very happy girl at the end of her stay and I would definitely recommend Katherine as a Rover sitter!”
