I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m insured and Pet First Aid & CPR trained, and I always aim to provide calm, attentive, and reliable care tailored to each pet’s needs. I have experience with both dogs and cats, including senior pets, and I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, litter cleaning, companionship, and providing updates to owners. Wow! Thank you so much, Yifang and Wing! Charlie has been through a lot. Before I adopted him, he had been surrendered to the shelter twice, so he gets very nervous and scared around new people. Yifang and Wing were absolute lifesavers. They were so patient with Charlie and took the time to make sure he felt safe and comfortable. They sent the cutest photos, took him on walks, and gave me so much peace of mind. The sweetest part was that by the time I got home, they really knew Charlie and his little personality. It was clear how much they cared for him. Thank you both for taking such wonderful care of my boy. I highly recommend you!
We really appreciated the care that Yifang and Wang (Ricky’s) gave our dog Ziggy. We reached out on short notice after another sitter fell through and they were ready and willing to take him in. Their home was conveniently located near the freeway and they have a fully fenced backyard that was perfect for letting him outside safely. They were very communicative throughout his stay and sent regular photos and videos which we really appreciated. When we picked him up he seemed relaxed and happy in their care. He was even comfortable enough to let Yifang hold him which is not something he usually allows. We highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again in the future.
