He is a rescue dog who has experienced trauma, and this was the very first time I had left him with someone since adopting him two years ago. From the moment I dropped him off, she understood exactly what he needed. Rather than pushing interaction, she gave Atlas the space and time to come to her on his own terms while he adjusted to a new environment. That patience and understanding meant so much to me. Throughout his stay, she sent frequent updates and pictures, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. She was always quick to respond whenever I reached out and made sure all of my instructions were followed carefully. If anything wasn’t clear, she asked questions rather than making assumptions. Most importantly, she treated Atlas like family. He received plenty of snuggles, attention, and playtime; including one of his favorite activities, fetch. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about his comfort and happiness. She went above and beyond to make both Atlas and me feel comfortable, and I am so grateful for the care she provided. The biggest sign of how well she cared for him came when I picked him up. Atlas was incredibly excited to see me, but after greeting me he ran back over to her for one last snuggle before we left. As his mom, that told me everything I needed to know about how safe, loved, and comfortable he felt during his stay. I would absolutely trust her with Atlas again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and compassionate dog sitter.”

She was available to accommodate Amara super last minute, which was life saving, and she really understood the needs of a senior doggo with a particular personality. She was very thorough, even communicating which vet she would use in case of emergency (don’t worry, no emergencies occurred!). They had a great time hanging out in her back yard, going on strolls and snuggling on the couch. Amara was a very happy girl at the end of her stay and I would definitely recommend Katherine as a Rover sitter!”

I’m a volunteer/foster home at Front Street Animal Shelter and have fostered multiple dogs and puppies. I Couldn’t Have Asked for Better Care Leaving Tonka for the first time was honestly nerve racking, but Naiomie made the entire experience stress free from day one. She sent me updates, photos, and videos throughout every single day, so I never had to wonder how he was doing. It quickly became obvious that she wasn’t just watching him, she genuinely cared about him. She took the time to learn his personality, celebrate his milestones, and even pointed out little behaviors that helped me become a better dog owner. She introduced him to her dogs slowly and safely, and before long they were playing together like old friends. Seeing my puppy build confidence, socialize appropriately, and genuinely enjoy himself meant the world to me. She even noticed that Tonka learned to ring the bell when he needed to go outside and made sure to reinforce that behavior. What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She kept his bedding clean, cleaned his eyes daily, monitored his potty habits, let me know about behaviors that needed training, and adapted her routine to fit what worked best for him. She didn’t just tell me everything was perfect, she gave me honest updates and thoughtful observations, which I really appreciated. By the end of his stay, it honestly seemed like Tonka had become part of the family. She told me she was sad to see him leave, and I could tell the feeling was mutual. As an owner, that’s incredibly reassuring. If you’re looking for someone who will love your dog like they’re her own, communicate consistently, and provide exceptional care, I recommend Naiomie without hesitation. “Zariyah was amazing! She sent pictures and videos of my pup and gave me an update on him every day. She took excellent care of him. Her other dogs were very sweet. She took the time to introduce them all to my dog differently, and they all got along. I highly recommend her, and definitely intend to use her again if we need to board him in the future. She even got him to eat while he stayed with her (something no one else has been able to accomplish, so this is very impressive). He came back happy, healthy, and tired - exactly how he should be after a fun time. I highly recommend Zariyah!”
