About: Chihuahua to Great Dane and puppy to senior, you name the breed I’ve played with and taken care of it! I have the temperament and experience to handle most pups. I’m available most weekends and before 9am on weekdays for all pet care needs. If you need something outside of those hours lets discuss and make it work. I’m very adaptable to your and your dogs needs within your home. Leave me instructions on your personal needs and desires and I can easily follow them.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life! I was raised caring for our pets as part of the family and I hope to get the chance to extend my care and love to your furry family members! I also have a 1.5 year old mini dachshund named Pabu - so I have experience with the puppy years! I love to try to fulfill as many of your pet’s needs as possible - playing tug of war, setting up sniffing games, and even teaching them a trick or two for their mental stimulation. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family! I currently work T/W/Th so have plenty of flexibility during the rest of the week when it comes to caring for your furry friends! My puppy is crate trained and I’m walking distance from a dog park. For your furry friends, I’m comfortable walking them along new or familiar routes and have experience with reactive dogs if they need a little extra attention to the surroundings! I also have experience setting mental stimulation games!
About: As a dog owner of 2, I value someone who will treat my dogs as their own. As a dog sitter, your dog would be in the best care and will receive all the love I give my own. I mostly work from home Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm so I am available anytime after 5pm during the weekday and anytime on the weekends. If needed, I can also be available for early morning during the weekday. I would like to sit only at clients homes so each pet will can feel the most comfortable. Also since I have 2 dogs at home, feel like it is the safest option to only be at clients home.

About: I’ve taken care of lots of types of dogs and cats. I have experience giving medicine to both dogs and cats ( I have experience with the cat burrito maneuver). I am patient with animals and do my best to meet them at their level. I am an owner of a high energy dog and she has taught me so much about talking care of pets. During the week, I have availability for lunchtime walks and evening hang. On the weekends, my schedule is much more open and I can be available whenever you need me. When taking a dog into a backyard I always make sure they are supervised. My pup is a jumper and can easily jump a fence. So I know what to look out for. When in a new spaces I always walk the fence line to check for any holes or loose boards. With indoor cats, I enter and exits the house carefully so nobody escapes. I understand cats can be shy, so i usually pick a spot and hang out quietly there and wait for the cat to come to me.
About: I'm new to Rover, but well-experienced in cat care. My home is like a ready-made daycare for the three of them. I'm like that helicopter mom who's always making sure my babies are safe and well cared for, and I will do the same for your pets. In the past, not only have I taken care of my animals, but I have also looked after strays walking through my apartment building. Especially during kitten season, mama cats need help the most. And if the neighbor's cat strays my way, I don't mind giving them a treat and some companionship, too. That's how I am with the furry ones; I'm there for them. And I will look forward to doing the same for your pets if you hire me for drop-in visits. I also want to point out that my services are for cats, but I would be more than happy to tend to your dog the same way if you have one at no additional charge right now. And that includes feedings, replenishing the water bowl, playing with them, administering meds (topical, not injections), and a little grooming. And because this is a DIV, sorry, I won't be doing dog walking. This saves me time in order to make it to my next client. Because I'm new at this, I prefer to do drop-in visits right now. I can do drop-in visits up to six days a week, in the afternoon. Just let me know how many days out of the six you need me. When hired, I will give your pet or pets plenty of play time and TLC. If you have specific instructions, such as how to administer meds, please let me know. I would also like to point out that, because I'm new here at Rover, I don't have any testimonials. Therefore, I'm willing to do my second DIV at a discount in exchange for proof of a testimonial.

About: I am super active (hiking, running, freediving, surfing) so I'll make sure to give your pup a good amount of exercise! I'm a Sacramento native and know all the fun places to go on a walk. I also love cats and can't get bored of playing with them! I have experience in caring for special needs and senior animals. I have tons of availability all summer long so please reach out! I am currently working part time and have a super flexible schedule! My busiest mornings are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, but I'd be happy to fit you in! Jandy was extremely attentive to our cats while we were away and remembered little things about them that we had shared that seemed to make us being away easier on them! She did a lot more than just clean litters and feed them—the interaction was key to make us feel like our kitties were doing okay without us. She was patient with our cat who can be a cranky to others. 10/10 recommend!
Ana truly cares about the needs of pets and making sure they have the best time while owners are away. I’m pretty sure my dog had more fun with her than he does on normal days with us. She asked questions for things I didn’t even think to mention to past sitters. You can tell she really loves animals and wants the best for them under her care. Highly recommend.
This was my first time using Rover for pet care! We were apprehensive about turning our home and pet over to a stranger while we were away for a week. But after noting LaNaya’s profile, rates and experience level I reached out to her just a few days before our vacation to discuss the prospect and received an immediate response from her. Yes! She’d be happy to care for Kai Kitty during our absence. She came to our home for a pre-sitting visit to meet my 13 year old, house-cat Kai. She made us feel very comfortable with the idea of her coming into our home during our absence to care for my pet kitty. I gave her access codes and instructions on how to do the job. While gone she stuck to our arrangement to visit Kai every other day. She was very kind and caring with Kai ensuring he was fed, his box scooped and any accidents cleaned up. LaNaya entered our home using the assigned access codes and then locked down everything before leaving. In addition to being a great pet sitter, I found LaNaya to be reliable, relatable and well prepared for the job at hand. Taylor was a great commentator and showed pictures of the visit. She took my pups outside for playtime and gave cuddles before she left. I also appreciated her letting me know they got foxtails on their fur(my yard is full of them) so that I could give them a good grooming once I got home. Tom and Xica enjoyed their visit with Taylor
