“Natalie was incredibly kind and accommodating to our two cats and their unique personalities. I would absolutely love to continue working with her in the future!”

“This was our first experience with Rover and Melinda did an amazing job! My dog Charlie is reactive and nervous around new people but warmed up to Melinda quickly during our meet and greet. Melinda played with Charlie and provided pictures and detailed feedback on the drop-in visit. I’m so grateful to have found this service and Melinda in particular!”

“Monti took my dog on daily walks and gave him food & fresh water. I witnessed a little bit and he was highly competent with my dog. I asked him if I can extend. He did extend, though the price was higher.”

“Luis and Sonya were friendly, reliable, and communicative. They responded quickly to all of my messages and gave me updates on how the cats were doing. I would absolutely recommend them, and hope to have their help again in the future! :)”

“Dustin is the best! He is so friendly, kind of like family so you feel comfortable leaving your family pet and can relax on vacation. He watched our cat for us and even sent pictures daily. Will definitely use him for our next get away.”

“Marina did a great job, our cat can be really skittish but she seemed happy with Marina and would actually come out when Marina was over. Can’t recommend her enough!”

“Bari was an amazing pet sitter! She even came over twice one day just to make sure both our cats were inside because there was a freeze warning that night. She also came over on a last minute call on the day we were supposed to come home but were delayed due to COVID airlines having a bunch of cancellations. Thank you Bari!”

“Our rescue dog is always fearful of meeting new people but Bethany was so great the first time they met and he warmed up to her so quickly that by the end of the visit he was letting her give him lots of pets and showing her his belly. She clearly knows what she’s doing with dogs and meets dogs where they’re at!”
“Tessa was amazing with our anxious dog, Polly. We recently moved to the area and were so happy to find someone that Polly was comfortable around. Tessa did drop ins for oral medication and potty breaks, and made sure that Polly got lots of love!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. My mom use to work at the Front Street animal shelter and used to foster dogs and cats and i would help take care of them. I go to college at Sacramento City College on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm to 2:20pm. My work schedule is part-time so i only work sometimes from 5pm to 9pm I currently have 2 fur babies, one is way younger so we crate her at night because shes not fully potty trained, but in the morning and afternoon we leave our backyard door open so they can go freely. I will do anything your rules say about your fur babies, you want the crated at a certain time? Thats fine by me.
About: I’ve spent my whole life around animals and used to lovingly refer to my house growing up as a zoo! I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and little critters like hamsters, gerbils, and Guinea pigs. I’ve had the pleasure of sitting for many friends and family’s pets over the years and can’t wait to meet yours 💕 I am self-employed so have a lot of flexibility in my schedule! On days I’m not working with clients, I am available for morning, midday, or evening visits or walks. Other days I am available in the late afternoons and evenings. To provide the best care, I’d love to meet with you and your pet to understand their routines and protocols such as crating, medication, and more.
“First time and Debbie was amazing. I booked her last minute and she was soo helpful. The pictures and notes I received everyday were amazing. Debbie went above and beyond taking care of my fur baby, and I will definitely be booking her again in the future.”

About: I have cared for dogs and cats my entire life. My pets are my family. Zoe is my 4 year old German Shepherd mix who is sweet, loves to meet new people and new dogs and she loves long walks. Melvin is my 7 year old tabby cat who is happiest curled up in my lap. I am currently taking a break from my career in the medical field which means my schedule is very open. I am available for dog walking/house drop-ins/house sitting/cat sitting. I prefer to care for your pet in your home. I can follow the routine you have for your pet and make sure they are happy and get lots of love and attention.
“Hans did a fantastic job & I will be booking with him in the future! He always had descriptive check ins and went above and beyond for our kitties. Thank you for easing our minds and loving our babies while we were away!”

About: My experience stems from pet care roots at a dog/cat boarding and daycare facility and have ranged to my work as a veterinary technician the past year and hands-on experience in vet clinics the past 5 years. I am familiar with dogs, cats, and exotics of every age and have handled medications from SQ injections or fluids to vaccines to basic grooming like nail trims, sanitary shaves, and anal gland expressions. I am between jobs at this time and have a very free, flexible schedule throughout the week and weekend to travel or spend extra time on walks or giving one-on-one time with your furry ones. My fenced in yard is perfect to play fetch or sun bathe with room inside the house as well for crates or rooms to separate for alone time as well if needed. I have a compact SUV that can easily fit all sorts of different pets in case there’s any reason they need to be transported. I have years of experience in dog and cat behavior to tell when there is stressors within the environment or interactions with people or other pets to ensure comfortability and safety for everyone.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 16, helping neighbors, friends, and family. I’ve mainly worked with energetic small to medium sized dogs and love every minute of it! I handle feeding, walking, bathing, and playtime, and I enjoy teaching simple tricks to keep pets happy and engaged. I’m patient, attentive, and enthusiastic, making sure pets stay active, entertained, and safe. I also communicate regularly with owners so they feel at ease and confident that their pets are receiving the best care! I have plenty of time to dedicate to pets since I’m not currently in school or working. I’m available on weekdays and weekends after 7 a.m., and I’m happy to stay extra time if needed! I prioritize safety and comfort in every pet’s home! I supervise them at all times, follow the owner’s instructions for feeding, walking, or routines, and provide lots of love and attention. I also keep a clean, calm environment so pets feel relaxed and happy while in my care!
