About: Pls note: My husband Alieu (Ali-you) has started to help me manage bookings when possible. He will help with boarding and housesitting gigs, and will also join for meet and greets! I’ve had cats and dogs in my household since I was a toddler, including a cat and a pup with chronic and terminal illnesses of which I was the primary care giver. I’m comfortable with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes, and also comfortable with giving medications as directed. I have about 9 years experience being the primary caregiver for my own pets. Currently I have a 4yo pitbull husky mix named Blueberry (cat, dog, and human friendly)! I love going for long walks (allowing pups to sniff to their hearts content) and also open to hanging out at your house to provide care in the comfort of your pets own home. I also have some experience training Blueberry so I’m happy to pass along what I’ve learned! I use they & she pronouns. Born & raised in Boston. Beginning August 2025, I will be in training to become a Midwife. Excited to meet you and your pet! Some notes for my services: * Boarding: Your pup comes to me! I can only accept potty trained pups for boarding. I will only take multiple pups for boarding if they’re from the same household / friend group and have met. Requests for boarding can only be tentatively confirmed until I’ve seen how your pups and Blueberry get along at a pre-meet. * House sitting: I come to your pet(s)! My disclaimer is that have my own pup at home and prefer not to spend the night. As long as your pet is okay on their own overnight, I’m happy to work with pets of varied backgrounds/needs/training levels. I can only accept one house sitting booking at a time per Rover restrictions. * Drop ins: I come to your pet! Same notes as house sitting, within the context of shorter visits. I will do a short walk (15 mins) with pups during drop in visits unless instructed otherwise. If you’re not sure, just ask! I can be flexible (at my own discretion) and always open to answering questions. Beginning August 2025, I am training to become a Midwife. My husband Alieu helps with all my bookings, which is especially helpful if I get called away to attend a birth. I’ve also got plenty of experience walking multiple dogs (I used to have two black labs!) Communication is key here too, with updates to the clients through photos and messages keeping them informed and reassured.
