About: -Grew up with dogs and cats -love all breeds and sizes -cared for family pets growing up and local family pets now -love dogs more than humans! I’m working full time but my partner works nights Wednesday and Fridays so I’m looking for something new to do. I’m very passionate about pets and them being happy so this seems like a perfect fit. I do not have pets in my current home. If I’m watching or walking a family members dog I strictly adhere to their instructions for the dog. If I’m able to have them out of a contained area and give them attention I’m more than happy to.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was about 11 when my family got our two dogs. From then on I was tasked with walking them, playing with them, feeding them, bathing them, cleaning their ears, taking them to the groomers, etc. I have also been tasked with taking care for family friend’s dogs multiple times. I am currently a senior in college with a light course load. I have no classes Monday or Wednesday and never have any classes after 1:45pm. I am also available at least one day most weekends. I am very active and completely willing to walk, run, and/or play as much as your dog wants. I also have experience in crate training and am comfortable handling dogs who are being crate trained.

I am experienced in walking new puppies as well as seniors by taking it slow + by noticing body language + so I can adapt accordingly. Please note that if you want to board your dog at my home, your dog must be well socialized due to the fact that I have a 20 lb border terrier + meeting ahead of the booking is required. Other Pets: I've had lots of experience taking care of cats, guinea pigs, ferrets, birds, chickens, bearded dragons, and rabbits! I love them all! Meet + Greet: A Meet + Greet in your home is a priority before we get started with scheduling visits to give us a chance to get to know each other. I will ask for a brief tour of your home so I can know where their food, litter boxes, etc, are located + I'll test the keys for peace of mind. Another bonus of hiring me is that I will perform basic home care tasks such as watering plants, bringing trash to/from the curb, + alternating lights + blinds for a lived in look at no extra cost! Scheduling: Check my schedule to confirm availability and/or shoot me a message! I am a 1 person operation which means that nobody else shares visits with me so that your pet(s) will be relaxed without the confusion of multiple people coming over. Cat visits: EVERY DAY visits rather than "every other day" visits for peace of mind. I am primarily providing service in South Berwick, + some parts of Rollinsford + Dover but there may be exceptions to travel further so please ask. I adjust my schedule according to your pet's schedule as closely as possible. I am cautious about ensuring that dogs do not back out of collars/harnesses so they will be adjusted if necessary. If I notice your dog is triggered by other dogs, people, etc, I will reverse directions or cross the street to avoid any reactivity. Dogs must be indoors in between visits for safety reasons. Pet sitting isn't a hobby but a passion. I love what I do!
