About: I'm Hannah, a nurse practitioner. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through hiking, biking, skiing, kayaking, and running. Exploring new trails is one of my passions. I dream of having a dog someday, but I'm waiting until I have a backyard big enough to play fetch. I'm a compassionate person who loves animals and have many years experience with pet sitting. I'm eager to find clients in the area to offer reliable pet sitting services. I currently work full time but I am interested in providing care after work for a few hours and on weekends as needed for clients. I offer pet care only in clients' homes. I am available for regular drop in visits or on an as-needed basis to meet your needs.

About: I have been walking and boarding dogs at my house for the past two years. I grew up with a dog and love having a safe place for them to stay while their owners are away. I have a very flexible schedule. I’m available for walks during the day and short term boarding as needed. Weekend availability varies but could be available if needed. I have a large fenced in yard. I personally don’t have any pets so that wouldn’t be an issue. I have a nice walking loop in my neighborhood.

About: Hi! my name is Ally! I have grown up with dogs my whole life, from Dalmatians to Jack Russell’s. I started volunteering at the NHSPCA in high school and discovered my love for helping & animals. I am a registered nurse and looking to fuel my hobby spending time with animals and getting to know their lovely owners. I am an active individual who can exercise pets that have high energy, as well as care for pets who prefer more down time. My parents and I have a 12 year old blind Jack Russell named Sherman who is not friendly to other animals, so I am used to dogs on the more complicated side. Sherman does not live with me so I will not be with him while watching other dogs! I believe every animal deserves love and attention and I hope to provide that for everyons interested! My schedule is flexible as I work from home and make my own hours. I love to keep animals in their routines. Even if it’s just being with them at home. I am a trustworthy and reliable pet sitter who cares a considerable amount for all animals. I will happily care for them like my own.

About: I have taken care of my own, friends, and families pets for as long as I can remember! A current medical student about to graduate. I am a 4th year medical student graduating in a couple of months with a lot of time on my hands & student loans to pay I will be happy to let your pets outside, go on walks, feed them, clean any mess/litter boxes. Whatever you need for your pets at your home I can do!

It was great to receive regular updates and see how happy Pebble was with her through pictures and videos.”

“Jen took such good care of our cats while we were away. She went above and beyond during a big snow storm. It was nice to know they were well cared for!”

“James was so great with my cat, Boots! He kept him entertained and well taken care of while I was away. I would definitely hire him again.”

About: 14 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages. Recently lost my senior dog and would love to make a side income while also getting to spend time with your four legged friends! I am active in addition to having a flexible work schedule. My boyfriend and I both work from our home which allows flexibility for both us and you! We currently have no other pets in our home, with a fenced in yard. Reliable vehicle and flexible schedule to allow me to come to your home as needed.

About: I love dogs and have a beautiful 7.5 yo 1/2 Lab 1/2 GSP of my own who I fostered and then adopted February 2018; she will gladly keep your dog company and busy playing at my home. I have a large fenced in back yard 2 miles from downtown Portsmouth with plenty of room for the dogs to play and run around in. I work from home, and have some time on my hands to give lots of love and attention to your dog/dogs for the time being. I will only take up to 2 dogs (over 2 years of age only for both daycare and boarding!) in at a time for day care and 1 or 2 for boarding so your dog will get plenty of love and one on one attention. You can rest assured knowing I will care for your pets better than most. When I am walking your dog, I will engage with them, give them loads of attention, and will not be looking at/reading my phone! There are toys and tennis balls for them to play with in the yard and they will be let out every 2 hours for potty breaks and play, and can lounge around on the couches if they feel like it too. If they are 100% with recall, we go for trail enrichment hikes/ walks otherwise they can be walked on leash around my neighborhood. At bed time, I play soft spa like music so the pups can sleep well and comfortable. I would like to have a meet and greet with all dogs and owners before they board at my home. My daycare rates are for up to 8.5 hours per day. If you drop your dog off at 8:30, the dog must be picked up by 5pm otherwise you will be charged another half day rate. Latest pickup is 6:30pm. After 6:30pm it becomes an overnight boarding. Unfortunately, I cannot take any dogs in that show any signs of aggression. Thank you for understanding. I am currently working from home, and also own my own business so as long as I am home and not traveling I am here for the dogs most of the day. We cater to dogs that need a little extra support and don’t do well in a chaotic kennel environment, which is why it is more of a “boutique “service. (1:1) At the most, I might pop out for an hour but the dogs will not be left alone for more than an hour or 2 max. I have a large crate here if your dogs likes to be crated. I am not currently housesitting, only taking dogs in at my home. I tend to take in more last minute clients either the week of or one week out because at that point, I know whether or not I will be traveling. I do not book out months in advance. I let the dogs out every couple of hours for potty breaks and play. I will only take in 2 dogs for daycare at a time and one or two dogs at a time for overnights, as to not overwhelm any of the dogs. This is a relaxed stress free environment for the dogs.

About: Hi, I’m Michael! I specialize in personalized dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight pet sitting for dogs of all sizes. I have hands-on experience with large breeds that thrive under calm, confident leadership, and I love giving small dogs the gentle care they deserve on walks. I’m also experienced with multi-pet households and happy to care for your whole crew! If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional sitter who’s comfortable with everything from quiet couch snuggles to high-energy walks, I’d love to help. Your pets will be in caring, capable hands—just like they are in my own home. As a dedicated pet sitter and dog walker, pet care is a natural part of my everyday life. Whether it’s early morning dog walks, midday drop-in visits, or overnight pet sitting, I build my schedule around the needs of the pets I care for. Living in Kittery, Maine, I’m flexible and available throughout the Seacoast ME/NH area, including Portsmouth, Dover, and York, to help when you need reliable, loving care for your pets. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. In your home, I respect your space and routines to ensure a seamless experience for your pets. I have experience with dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and temperaments—thanks in part to the two adopted dogs my partner and I share our home with: Elke, a loyal 4-year-old German Shepherd, and Mocha, a “fierce” 7-year-old miniature Poodle. I’m detail-oriented, provide daily updates with photos and videos, and always follow your specific pet care instructions to the letter. I’m also very comfortable with multi-pet households and pets who need a little extra TLC, whether that’s medication administration, senior pet care, or simply a calming presence.

About: Hello! I have a degree in Animal Science earned by UMass Amherst. Since graduation, I have worked in both veterinary and shelter environments, with a specific knack for cat care. I grew up with several shepherds for most of my life and now own a cat! I am FelineVMA Cat Friendly Certified and I have almost complete my Fear Free Veterinary Professional certification. My specific skills include: - medication administration - assessing behavior and potential illness - dog training, specifically clicker/treat training - utilizing fear free approaches to all handling, including but not limited to harnessing, grooming, and petting. - loving all animals no matter the age, size, temperament, or background I am currently working full time as an Animal Welfare Specialist at the MSPCA. My schedule is typically four days a week. Your pet’s needs would be my top priority during my off hours as I would make time to tend to them and provide them with fun enrichment in the form of treats, toys, pets, sniffy walks, or just company. My interaction with your pets will be dictated by exactly how they would like to spend it! In my own home, I provide my cat with more opportunities for enrichment and play than he knows what to do with. My cat is definitely “on my own terms” when it comes to petting. I have learned to respect his space and allow him to approach when he chooses to. In your home, I am happy to utilize your property or the environment around you to best fit your care plan for your pets. For example, crating, leash walking, using long lines in the backyard, or providing enrichment during relax times. I’m also happy to go on some longer outings such a a walks or hikes if applicable!
