We were away for 10 days on a cruise in the middle of a snow storm and very cold weather. Madison noticed it was cold in the house and let me know. As we were trying to trouble shoot, she rebooted my NEST twice and recharged it! Digger was in totally awesome hands! Madison went truly above and beyond, including checking on my cat extra to make sure the heat was still on. Can't tell you how great it was to have her looking after my soft furry friend!”

About: My schedule is very specific working around work shifts! I’m very communicative and we can work something out that is best for both of us!! I have both personal and professional experience with cats and dogs. I’ve worked with dogs during my time at Essex Tech. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
