About: From neighborhood animal care to volunteering at local animal rescues, my passion lies in animal welfare and caregiving! Since moving to Portsmouth NH, I'm looking to reconnect with a local animal advocacy scene and provide my services to anyone who may need help with their four-legged loved ones. I'm a remote employee, so I'm able to work from anywhere that has WiFi! I just moved to Portsmouth NH, leaving my volunteer position at Salem Animal Rescue League as a Canine Walker. I'm ready to make my services available and get connected to the animal welfare scene in the Portsmouth area! About: I have had pets (a dog and a cat) since I was about 7 years old, so I have a lot of experience caring for both types of animals. I also walked dogs throughout college and have my own kitty :) I have pretty open availability right now, however that may change over the next few weeks — I do my best to keep my Rover calendar as updated as possible. I try to go for a walk or run or do some type of outdoor activity every day — I would love to take your pet along with me if that’s something they would like and you would be ok with. I won’t be keeping pets in my home for various reasons, however when in your home I will be sure to be respectful and follow all rules/guidelines that are set out.

I have looked after multiple cats at once and have consistently walked and cared for dogs of all sizes, from tiny pups to large breeds. I started volunteering at the NHSPCA in high school and discovered my love for helping & animals. I am a registered nurse and looking to fuel my hobby spending time with animals. I live in a great walking area and can take dogs for multiple walks throughout the day. My family had a 12 year old blind Jack Russell named Sherman who was not friendly to other animals while we were growing up, so I am used to dogs on the more complicated side. About: I began pet sitting in the early days of creating and publishing a pet magazine in RI. The experience has given me an education on care, training, heath, and a well rounded perspective and knowledge base which makes me quite comfortable in most situations and pet needs. About: Volunteered at a humane society for a few years in high school and owned too many pets my whole life. Ive done dogs, cats, bunnies, and they lived a long time and were very happy and healthy. I use the awful baby voice on every pet and can't help it. I am working as an assistant manager at Buffalo Wild Wings after a job lay off, I am in the design field! My hours can range, sometimes I do have to close at 1am but if 2 visits a day were needed, I would be honest about the time I would be able to care for your pet. I take what the pet parent says very seriously, does not matter how I care for my own babies it's how you care for yours. I am very open to being very communicative or just a few check ins if wanted!

I've always gravitated towards animals; I was that kid who brought home any animal that crossed my path, feeding strays, foresting. Growing up in a home where the pet to human ratio always favored pets, pet sitting is second nature to me. My experience administering medication I've done my fair share of administering medication to all sorts of animals. I am able to administer oral, injections, topical ointments, as well as suppositories. I currently work a dual remote position at NHPBS and have the flexibility to work from home which allows me ample time to provide the attention and care your pet requires.
