About: I have been dog sitting for others for 4 years now and have had cats and dogs most of my life! I am an avid pet lover and love helping out pet parents care for their fur babies. I have trained basic skills, potty trained and crate trained dogs. I am no longer offering boarding or house sitting as I have a new needy roommate, (pictured on my profile) Daisy 🌼 I am a recent graduate student and work part time in the mental health field. My schedule is fairly flexible and I am able to be home often if needed for a pet. I am a good fit for dogs/cats that are able to manage 6 hours alone for days I have to work! I offer a quiet and patient presence for your pets! I will accommodate your pets needs whether that’s lots of snuggles or just a person to check in. Every pet has their own personality and I completely understand any accommodations or activities your pet needs.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for a long time, from taking care of my own two dogs to helping out my friends and there pets. My family and friends trust me with there pets and all their needs, anything from walking their dogs to just cuddling with them! I am currently working part time Monday through Friday tell 10am. After that I am free the rest of the afternoon and evenings. On weekends I am generally free all day. In a clients home I will pay close attention to detail and what the client is expecting and trusting me with. I will respect the clients home and attend to their pets needs!

About: I love animals and giving thwm so many snuggles. I have taken care of 4 dogs at once for three days. Two who are sisters, and very energetic puppies. I have that high energy, but know how to be neutral too. I'll send photo and video updates...except of the ones where I am singing and dancing to my own music, which are songs about your pet. About: I have had dogs my entire life. I have taken care of my own dogs as well as friends and neighbors. I have experience with labs, golden retrievers, German shepherds, Rottweilers, and pit bulls mostly but love all dogs. I currently work full time Monday-Friday but would love to help people with walking their pets/letting them out after work or on the weekends. I can’t have pets in my apartment and greatly miss interacting with dogs! I am very respectful of other people’s homes. I am clean and appreciate instructions/rules on where food, collars/leashes, treats, etc are. I will keep your furry companions company, provide long walks, and scratches of course!

About: I am confident with all types of animals. I have taken care of donkeys, pigs, sheep, goats, cats, dogs, horses, and chickens. I had a horse donkey and goat for five years. I also have worked at a horse barn for four years. I have dog sit before for friends and family. I have a dog named Charlie. He's a British cream golden retriever and he gets along with all pets. I enjoy dog walking, and dog sitting. I am a senior in high school so I can either have dogs at my house or I can go before school and right after school and dinner time to take care of the dog/dogs. I have a huge backyard and I love walking dogs. I don't mind either staying at someone's house and taking care of their dog or it coming to me.

About: I love being with animals and have experience caring for a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, jumping sliders, and lizards. I enjoy learning each animal’s personality and making sure they’re comfortable and well cared for. I am a student who goes to college out of state but is home for the month of January and is also working part time. Since losing a dog of my own I figured this would be a great opportunity to help others with their pets and still have a great time with animals. I do have a fenced in yard if I take dogs into my home but in other peoples homes, listening to the guardian is most important to me on how they coexist with their pet and respecting that. About: Hi! I'm Marena—a lifelong animal lover and caretaker. I began dog and cat sitting at a very young age, and actively volunteering for animal rescues and farm sanctuaries in 2016. From socializing shelter puppies to shearing sheep, administering medication to llamas, and filing pig tusks, I've loved it all! I enjoy getting to know all sorts of personalities—from the active and boisterous, to the more reserved or anxious—my awareness of animal behavior allows me to provide the most positive and comfortable experience for your pet. In my free time I love bringing my dog, Lucy, for long walks on the beach (her favorite!) and exploring the outdoors. I'm currently a volunteer at the Maine State Society for the Protection of Animals, and a member of the Animal Rescue Team for the Humane Society of the United States. I have experience in pet first aid/CPR, basic obedience training, canine enrichment (agility work, nose work), and emergency response. I earned a certificate in Large Animal Emergency Rescue in June 2023 and am currently working toward certification in the Masterson Method of equine bodywork to relieve stress and tension in horses. Before booking a new client, I request that we schedule an in-person meet and greet. This makes it easier to build trust, as not all animals are instantly at ease with an unfamiliar person in their home. It also helps me learn specific details pertaining to my visit. I try to match your pet's routine as best as possible. This means learning what time they're used to eating, what their favorite activities or toys are, and any other preferences they may have. Overall, I strive to care for clients' pets as I do my own animals. This means lots of love, pictures, and regular updates to ensure you know how they're doing. And, as a guest in your home, I promise to leave everything as orderly and clean as it was when I arrived!
