1. Kane & Colette S.

“Kane and Colette are amazing. Such kind people, so flexible, responsive, understanding and honest. We don't have enough nice things to say. They sent us daily updates about our dog with photos, took him on a boat ride, lots of walks, kept him entertained all day and he was literally smiling in every photo. We needed help with our dog last minute and they were so beyond accommodating and made everything easy and stress free. Maverick has stayed with them a few times now and this last time almost a week and they made him feel right at home. They are my #1 pick for my dog and should be yours too!! Such a great experience. Thank you so much!”

2. Ashley H.

“Ashley is amazing! She went above and beyond to help us board Georgia in a pinch, and made sure she was well taken care of. Awesome option for daycare or overnight boarding. Would recommend to anyone.”

3. Emily M.

“Ajax was so well taken care of! Ajax is a big dog and can have some protection issues around other bigger dogs, and Emily took great care of him right alongside her sweet pup. I got updates as needed with plenty of pictures! Such an easy and wonderful stay (with a great backyard!).”

4. Victoria Z.

“Victoria did an amazing job taking care of Rollie. This was the first time Rollie was ever away with someone else, so we were a bit nervous. Victoria sent me updates every day while we were away ensuring our baby was okay.”

5. Ashley N.

“Ashley took care of our dog Bailey for a week while we were at a rental house nearby in coastal Maine. She works from home, so our pet was rarely left alone. He was kept inside and got lots of attention, he was not left outside in a fenced enclosure all day alone. She took great care of Bailey with multiple daily walks and lots of TLC. Like many dogs ours does not like thunder and she comforted him during the storm. There were lots of updates and photos. A Rover sitter may be more expensive than a local Kennel, or boarding at the Vets office - but the service is far superior and worth the cost. Other family members boarded their dogs this same week and their animals were caged most of the time and came back dirty and matted. Using Rover (and especially Ashley) is the right choice for any pet that is considered a member of the family.”

6. Julia F.

“Julia was so amazing! She sent us regular updates and photos and made us feel like our dog was in the best of hands. We’re so happy we found her!”

7. Jeanne Y.

“Jeanne offers a pleasant, safe environment - both inside and outside at her rural Wells home. She exudes confidence with dogs and quickly judges their character, individual needs and compatibility with other canine guests. Her experience with horses reinforces a practical, easy approach to animal care. Our Welsh Terrier loved staying with Jeanne and plans to visit again.”

8. Michelle B.

“We recently left our 4 1/2 month old puppy, Harry, with Michelle. We were on vacation in Maine and were not able to bring him to our rental. Michelle sent us tons of photos and gave us updates on how Harry was doing. We would recommend her to anyone looking for in home dog care in the southern Maine area. Harry was happy upon our arrival to pick him up, we are very grateful that we found Michelle on Rover!”

9. Nicholas S.

“Nicolas was so great with Jasper. I received lots of update photos and Jasper was very relaxed and tired when I Ickes him up. I will definitely leave Jasper with him again.”

10. Mary M.

“Mary and David took great care of Susan! I went away for the weekend and knew I would not have to worry. Mary and David are clearly responsible, attentive, and understanding of Susan’s unique needs. When I picked Susan up she was happy, healthy, and had clearly been showered with affection! I’m probably just lucky she wanted to come back home!”

11. Cody E.

“Cody, thank you for taking such great care of Brody. You’re his best home away from home! He loves staying with you. We appreciate all the love you give him. We just booked his next stay. Thanks for all you do!”

12. Katelyn D.

“Katelyn was amazing with our sweet boy Rosco. She welcomed him in to her home with open arms and made him feel comfortable. We didn’t have any concerns and definitely recommend her.”

13. Noreen T.

“Noreen is the absolute best! She took such great care of our large dog while we were away, sending pictures and updates which kept the family happy while we missed our boy. Not only was she incredibly great to our boy and us and a great communicator, but she also showed great patience for me and was incredibly flexible. We were so lucky to have found her!”

14. Courtney V.

“Courtney was great watching our dog Pippin! She was very communicative and also sent great pictures. Pip can be a little nervous in new situations and she seemed to have a good time and Courtney set her at ease. Thanks so much!”

15. Kristi T.

“Kristi was fantastic! She was incredibly easy to work with and had a natural rapport with the dogs. Her flexibility and top-notch care made her a standout. Kristi's attention to detail and genuine love for animals put us at ease, knowing our guys were in great hands. She communicated promptly and adjusted effortlessly to several mistakes I made. I will absolutely use her services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and loving caregiver for their pets. Kristi truly goes above and beyond!”

19. Julie L.

“This is the second time we have used Julie for boarding for our 10 month old Bernedoolde. The first stay was 9 nights and we could not be happier with the care and attention our Paddington received. We will, without hesitation, utilize Julie for our future boarding needs. We have also used her daycare services. Highly recommend Julie!”
