“Jeanne took amazing care of our two terriers, Shannie and Wesley. She has a beautiful farm with a large fenced-in area in the backyard for the dogs to play. She also takes them into the barn and on walks, so the dogs never got bored. Jeanne was very responsive, accommodating, and sent lots of photos during the week that she had the dogs. When we picked up Shannie and Wesley, they were healthy, happy, full of energy — it was obvious they'd enjoyed the farm and Jeanne's company, as they were not in any hurry to leave. Thank you, Jeanne!”

“We recently left our 4 1/2 month old puppy, Harry, with Michelle. We were on vacation in Maine and were not able to bring him to our rental. Michelle sent us tons of photos and gave us updates on how Harry was doing. We would recommend her to anyone looking for in home dog care in the southern Maine area. Harry was happy upon our arrival to pick him up, we are very grateful that we found Michelle on Rover!”

“Veska took wonderful care of our 7 year old lab. He was made to feel a part of her family. He got lots of love and exercise. Veska took the time to send many daily updates with pictures. I highly recommend her services.”

“Jaclyn and her family were wonderful! Henley had a fabulous vacation with lots of love and attention and other dogs to play with. Jaclyn sent photos and videos daily. She was flexible and communicative. I highly recommend her.”

“Shana took wonderful care of my 4 month year puppy, and I couldn’t recommend her more. As a new pet owner, I was worried being away from my pup, but Shana made this experience super easy. She sent regular updates and photos, and Sancho seemed to have a wonderful time. When I need to board again, I’ll choose Shana and I recommend you do as well.”

“Lorenzo was great! Excellent communication. He sent pictures or videos every day that our pup stayed with him. He has great outdoor space and two dogs of his own for built in playmates.”

About: I'm an animal lover and have grown up with all types of animals. I have been trusted taking care of neighbors, friends, and families pets for many years. My sister is a veterinarian so I often get the pet questions. I will go above and beyond for your pet. I work from home Monday and Tuesday so I am free to go for walks and drop by your house most of the time these days. I am in the office Wednesday through Friday and will have less time but still available. Weekends are free unless I'm away. I live on an acre of land. It is not a fully fenced yard but it is set back in a small, quiet neighborhood on a dead end road. I have an indoor cat.
“We absolutely love having Diamond and her sweet girls care for our pups. They are both so lovingly cared for the entire time. We receive multiple photos and check ins. She’s just the best!”

“James and his family were very gracious and flexible. We were initially a bit reticent because our Wally can sometimes be inpatient with young children. James went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. It sounds like Wally had a grand time and fit in well. Wally was very relaxed when we picked him up. We hope that we can work with James and family in the future!”

“Katie was great with our lab Oscar! We went away for a long weekend and she treated him like her own. It was wonderful knowing he was in great hands and having a good time.”

“Kelsey took care of our boy this weekend and she was absolutely amazing. She kept in touch with us, sent pictures and took great care of him. He even made a new friend! I highly recommend Kelsey and will absolutely book with her again!”

“Diana was absolutely amazing with Nash! I can’t wait to use her services again! Nash went on plenty of walks her property is a dogs heaven. She sent so many pictures and updates! Truly the best possible experience!”

“Cali had a great time at Katelyn’s and was nice and worn out when we picked her up. Katelyn has great communication and was willing to accommodate our last minute booking request, which we really appreciated!”

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
