“My dog - Munchkin - stayed wtih Jeanne for a day while we did some sightseeing. Her place was clean and well kept. She was warm, calm and friendly and we felt that we were leaving our dog in good hands and felt the same when we picked her up. She had a small fenced enclosure with small to medium dogs and a larger fenced enclosure where she promised to walk the animals for some exercise. She also addressed my concerns about having my dog have some space or separation from her other dog guests as our dog wasn't that accustomed to lots of dogs at once. We didn't worry ONE MINUTE. As soon you meet Jaclyn, it's so clear she is a "dog person." She understands them, loves them and genuinely seems to have so much fun caring for them. About: I've had large dogs my entire life, including a special needs dog and police-trained K9 dogs. I have owned and operated a farm hotel in Brazil for the past 5 years, where I was the primary responsible for all daily care, injections, medical treatments and behavioral work with the animals (5 large dogs and multiple farm animals), so am very comfortable administering any special care your animal may need. I have also rescued & fostered nearly a dozen dogs from the street and helped them find forever homes. I love all animals and understand each one is different with unique personalities. The pics on my profile are from my farm. I work from home which allows me to always be present to keep your pet company, and love taking small cuddle, walk and play breaks throughout the day to break up my desk routine. Having extra dogs is the perfect excuse to stretch my legs! I live alone in a spacious apartment downtown Portsmouth where I can board up to 2 large dogs or 3 small dogs at a time. I am only a 5min walk from the Mill Pond dog park and can take your dog for several walks throughout the day. I can also crate your dog if they prefer it. I can administer medication and provide any special treatment necessary. I treat all pets as my own, like members of my family.

Jeanne was very good to our Copper. We are not used to leaving him a lot especially with several dogs but Jeanne is a professional and knows what she is doing. She made me feel comfortable leaving our boy. She sent me a picture later in the day and let me know he was doing well.
Here's how I know my dog had a great time with Nick.... He was excited to see me at pickup, but not freaked out. He's been more social and more relaxed with other dogs since his time with Nick's cavalcade of dogs (that's a great thing). -and he didn't come home smelling like a kennel.
