About: Hi! my name is Ally! I have grown up with dogs my whole life, from Dalmatians to Jack Russell’s. I started volunteering at the NHSPCA in high school and discovered my love for helping & animals. I am a registered nurse and looking to fuel my hobby spending time with animals. I am an active individual who can exercise pets that have high energy, as well as care for pets who prefer more down time. I live in a great walking area and can take dogs for multiple walks throughout the day. My family had a 12 year old blind Jack Russell named Sherman who was not friendly to other animals while we were growing up, so I am used to dogs on the more complicated side. I believe every animal deserves love and attention and I hope to provide that! My schedule is flexible on the weekends. I work full time but am home by 5pm so ai can do evenings as well. About: I have had pets (a dog and a cat) since I was about 7 years old, so I have a lot of experience caring for both types of animals. I also walked dogs throughout college and have my own kitty :) I have pretty open availability right now, however that may change over the next few weeks — I do my best to keep my Rover calendar as updated as possible. I try to go for a walk or run or do some type of outdoor activity every day — I would love to take your pet along with me if that’s something they would like and you would be ok with. I've always gravitated towards animals; I was that kid who brought home any animal that crossed my path, feeding strays, foresting. My experience administering medication I've done my fair share of administering medication to all sorts of animals. I am able to administer oral, injections, topical ointments, as well as suppositories. I currently work a dual remote position at NHPBS and have the flexibility to work from home which allows me ample time to provide the attention and care your pet requires.
