About: I enjoy exercise-focused walks. I have two large dogs and I believe a tired dog, is a happy dog. Each walk is tailored to meet your dog's energy level and exercise needs. Whether it's a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood or a brisk trail/beach walk, I ensure that your dog gets the physical activity (and love) required to maintain their health and happiness. I work remotely from home or cafes and have a flexible schedule throughout the week. I accept same day bookings and I'm happy to help in a pinch. Walking: One of my dogs is a rescue that I trained from having reactive behavior to an incredible family member. I believe in maintaining clear boundaries and reinforcing positive behavior during our walks. Drop-ins: I have the upmost respect for your space and will make sure your dog is mud-free at drop off. About: I have had a variety of animals all my life and currently have a cat and dog! I’m a fast walker, and used to dogs that pull on the leash. I am currently a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time throughout the day to care for animals. I am a very outdoorsy person, so we are always outside with our hound, Pippin. I have a small fenced in yard, a young playful dog with LOADS of energy, and a convenient walking trail seconds from my back door!

I've always gravitated towards animals; I was that kid who brought home any animal that crossed my path, feeding strays, foresting. My experience administering medication I've done my fair share of administering medication to all sorts of animals. I am able to administer oral, injections, topical ointments, as well as suppositories. I currently work a dual remote position at NHPBS and have the flexibility to work from home which allows me ample time to provide the attention and care your pet requires. I’ll be an extension of your home and care. The goal is to provide a safe environment where your pet feels loved and has an enjoyable stay until your return.

About: I love dogs and have a beautiful 8 yo 1/2 Lab 1/2 GSP of my own who I fostered and then adopted February 2018; she will gladly keep your dog company and busy playing at my home. I have a large fenced in back yard 2 miles from downtown Portsmouth with plenty of room for the dogs to play and run around in. I am recently retired from Corp Amer, and am home with the dogs so they won’t be left alone. I will only take up to 2 dogs (dogs must be over 2 years of age and show zero signs of any aggression) in at a time for day care and 1 or 2 for boarding so your dog will get plenty of love and one on one attention. My prices may be a little bit higher than other people on this app, but that is because I’m only taking one or two dogs at a time and your dog is getting 1:1 care versus being in a rowdy kennel type environment with several dogs around. You can rest assured knowing I will care for your pets better than most. When I am walking your dog, I will engage with them, give them loads of attention, and will not be looking at/reading my phone. There are toys and tennis balls for them to play with in the yard and they will be let out every 2 hours for potty breaks and play, and can lounge around on the couches if they feel like it too. If they are 100% with recall, we go for 2 off leash trail enrichment hikes/ walks per day, otherwise they can be walked on leash around my neighborhood. At bed time, I play soft spa like music so the pups can sleep well and comfortable. I would like to have a meet and greet with all dogs and owners before they board at my home. My daycare rates are for up to 8 hours per day. If you drop your dog off at 8:30am, the dog must be picked up by 4:30pm otherwise you will be charged an additional half day rate. Latest pickup is 6:30pm. After 6:30pm it becomes an overnight. Drop offs must be before 6pm. Thank you I cater to dogs that need a little extra support and don’t do well in a chaotic kennel environment, which is why it is more of a “boutique “service. (1:1) At the most, I might pop out for an hour but the dogs will not be left alone for more than an hour or 2 max. I have a large crate here if your dogs likes to be crated. I am not currently housesitting, only taking dogs in at my home. I do not book out months in advance. I generally only book out 1-2 month in advance. I am now currently only booking through April 2026. I let the dogs out every couple of hours for potty breaks and play. I will only take in 2-3 dogs max for daycare at a time and one or two dogs at a time for overnights, as to not overwhelm any of the dogs. This is a relaxed stress free environment for the dogs.

My sister is a veterinarian so I often get the pet questions. I will go above and beyond for your pet. I work from home Monday and Tuesday so I am free to go for walks and drop by your house most of the time these days. I am in the office Wednesday through Friday and will have less time but still available. Weekends are free unless I'm away. I live on an acre of land. It is not a fully fenced yard but it is set back in a small, quiet neighborhood on a dead end road. I have an indoor cat.

Absolutely wonderful! she took amazing care of my cat while I was away — sending regular updates, photos, and making sure everything was exactly as I’d asked. Erin is a fantastic sitter. She was incredibly helpful for the two weeks we had her provide drop-in visits for. She communicated well. We loved the pictures and are so glad all three of our cats had such excellent care. She even took our garbage down to the street for trash day which was absolutely above and beyond. We came home to three well cuddled, well-fed, and happy kitties. We would absolutely use her services again in the future.
Kate was wonderful with our three kitties. We had never worked with her before, and she was able to handle a complex situation that that involved medications with one of our kitties who is healing from a foot injury. She was also available on very short notice which was a huge relief to us. Her communication was excellent, and her enthusiasm and care for animals is immediately apparent. We highly recommend Kate and we’re so glad we have met her!!
