Whitney came and stayed at our apartment for 8 days with our Sphynx cats. She was very great at communication and sent us lots of photos with our pets. This was our first time using Rover so it was very scary for us, but she did a meet and greet before the booking and we felt very comfortable. She also left the apartment spotless for when we got home, couldn’t even tell she was here. Highly recommend her! We will for sure be using her again
Shay was absolutely amazing. Sadie and I traveled from Texas to see my mom who was not doing so well. Between hotels, days in the car and another dog, Sadie was not doing well. Shay came in took her for a walk, played with her in a dog park, and in our hotel. Plus she gave love, hugs and kisses and by the time I walked in she was smiling and doing soooooo much better. I’ll be coming in town again likely soon, I will be booking Shay when I return.
My kitty had potential to become a very complicated caretaking venture. Rachel was very open and aware to the added instructions I provided for if things went south at all. She was very great at handling and approaching my kitty who easily gets stressed and attacks. Thank you for the good work.
Jacob and his wife were fantastic, boarded our cat for about a week and they were so kind in giving us updates of how our cat was doing. He understood cats cats and how to help him adjust to the new environment well, and was great with communication as we made arrangements for pickup and drop off etc. would definitely recommend Jacob!
Rachel did AMAZING! I had short notice to find a sitter for my two dogs, and she took the booking and was a great help! We live in an apartment, and one of my dogs doesn’t get along with others, so it required her driving here and walking them 3 times a day. She hung out with them, sent photo updates, and confirmed multiple times a day that she had walked/fed them. She was amazing!! We will definitely be reaching out to her again for future trips!!
