“We LOVED having Adrian house/dog sit for us! She was very responsive and sent me lots of updates/photos/videos. I also appreciate her ability to be flexible when my flight was cancelled at the last moment. My dogs were well taken care of and seemed VERY happy while I was away, my house was spic and span when I got home. We will absolutely have Adrian as a sitter again.”

“This was our first time using Rover. I'm very happy with the service and would use it again. I can see why Brody has such a great score here. He was conscientious, great communication and our three pets seemed happy and well adjusted when we got home.”

“Catherine, was wonderful. Meet and greet was good . She took notes and wanted to interact with my dog . During her stay she sent pictures and gave updates . She left the house neat , and left very little footprint . She was nice and curtious . My dog seemed to do great with her and was no worse for wear when we returned so I think it want well . I would have her house sit again .”

“Mark was awesome with our three dogs! He was kind and patient, particularly with our fearful rescue. He had to navigate some very nervous evenings with fireworks going off and did so with so much compassion and care, including administering medication. He managed their complex relationships and personalities without missing a beat and we will be eager to have him back for future housesitting for our pups!”

“Zoe was incredible!! I am with my dog pretty much 24/7 so to say that I had anxiety leaving him was an understatement. Zoe and Jacob did such an incredible job taking care of Canelo for the two weeks that I was gone that it eased all my worries! I would recommend her to anyone as she takes care of dogs as if they were her own. I am so grateful for all that they did!!!”

“Alaina was great. Our dog unfortunately had some random stomach issues for a part of the time she was sitting him and she took such great care of him and our house through it all!”

“Our last sitter quit mid stay while we were out of town on vacation over Christmas - Danny was a lifesaver. He came in and met the dogs while we were away and was willing to take great care of our fur babies. He sent photos and updates throughout his stay. Don’t know what we would’ve done without him!”

“Kaitlyn was amazing! She stayed at our home for 4 days and took such great care of our girls, walking them twice a day. She kept us updated with great communication throughout our trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. We also came home to a spotless house — it honestly looked like no one had even been there. We would absolutely recommend her and would love to have her watch our pups again!”

“Hannah was great with my two hound dogs! I got updates and photos and they were well taken care of. She was very respectful of my apartment and left it super clean and organized! It was great knowing my dogs were safe and happy while I was away!”

“Raechel cared for my older bulldogs at my home and made me feel comfortable leaving them in her hands. She kept me updated throughout the stay and my house was still clean when I came home. I will be booking with her again.”

About: When your pet is in my care, they’ll receive plenty of love, attention, and fun! Depending on their personality and energy level, our time together may include long walks, playtime with their favorite toys, lots of cuddles and belly rubs, treats (with your approval), and outdoor adventures in the park. I love keeping pets engaged and happy, whether that means a game of fetch, exploring new smells on a walk, or simply relaxing together on the couch. If your dog is comfortable riding in the car and you approve, I’d also be happy to take them on a fun car ride for a change of scenery and extra enrichment. Every pet is different, so I always tailor activities to their age, personality, and comfort level. My goal is to make sure your pet feels loved, entertained, and well cared for while you’re away! I’m currently in school and have classes Monday–Thursday from 1:00–3:45 PM. Outside of those hours, I’m available for pet care and always make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, and love. I also work on weekends, but I’m happy to adjust my availability when possible and communicate clearly to make sure your pet’s needs are fully met I provide loving, attentive care based on each pet’s routine and needs. I live in a student apartment with two female roommates who love animals, creating a safe and friendly environment. I follow feeding, walking, playtime, and rest schedules closely, and in clients’ homes I respect routines while providing updates, photos, and plenty of care and affection.
“Grady did a fantastic job taking care of my pup for 5 days. He continually sent me updates, took her on walks, and even left the house clean when I came back. Would definitely recommend Grady to anyone looking for a caring sitter that actually goes out of his way to make a connection with your dog.”

“I try to book Liz every time we need a house/dog care person. My highly nervous dog, Stella, is totally calm and playful with Liz as her caregiver. Liz accurately gives Stella her meds and follows all Stella food allergy instructions perfectly well. We return to both house and Stella in perfect condition. Liz is a caring, calming and reliable person. I highly recommend her for your pet or pet/house care needs!”

“Alaina is the BEST! She took such good care of our little boy while we were gone and sent us daily updates. She spoiled him with lots of walks and treats and even gave him a bath (which is no small feat). When we got home the house was clean and our dog was so happy. We’ll definately have her back soon!”

Vineyard pet parents share their Rover experiences
Olivia did a great job watching our pets while we were away. She sent regular updates, communicated well, and was very sweet with both Cleo and Nando. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing they were being cared for and getting attention while we were gone. We really appreciated her help and would recommend her to others.

Grace was such a wonderful companion for our anxious boy! She not only took great care of him by taking him on regular walks, being patient with his uncertainty to strangers, and staying with him as much as possible, but she also was great at communicating with us. We were nervous leaving him for our trip as he tends to be very attached to the hip, but she made us feel like we could truly relax and enjoy our time away. Highly recommend booking with Grace, and we will definitely be hiring her for any future trips!

Such a great pet sitter. My dogs are super shy and they seemed to have had a good day with Barbara as a sitter. We had a slight miscommunication on instruction but she is extremely flexible and I could not have asked for a more willing sitter. We booked her last minute and I could not be more grateful I highly recommend!

Carly is very sweet, trustworthy, and respectful. She is amazing at responding quickly to text messages. We had a miscommunication about when and for how long to walk my dog, and after expressing my concerns, she made the necessary adjustments to accommodate my request. She took care of my house and left everything clean. If you are looking for an in-house sitter, Carly is a great choice.
