What sets me apart from other sitters is my lifelong experience and genuine love for animals. I have had dogs since I was 8 years old and have personally cared for 3 dogs and 7 cats throughout my life. I also have experience pet sitting for multiple families and caring for pets with additional needs. For example, I have cared for dogs that required diapers and made sure they were regularly changed, clean, and comfortable. I am patient, attentive, and comfortable adapting to each pet’s unique routine and needs. I understand that pets are part of the family, and I will treat every animal in my care with the same love and attention I give my own.

Safety, trust, and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow their routines and instructions closely so pets feel secure and cared for in their familiar environment. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, needs, and boundaries while providing plenty of attention, play, and affection. I understand how important it is to trust someone with a member of your family, so I communicate openly, provide updates, and treat every home with respect. I have years of experience caring for my own pets, pet sitting for families, and rescuing cats, which has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to handle animals with different needs and personalities. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away.

Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I currently work at a group home supporting adults with disabilities, but my schedule is extremely flexible because I am able to set my own hours. This allows me to plan my work around the needs of the pets I care for and provide reliable, consistent attention. I am used to creating routines, being dependable, and giving animals the patience and care they deserve. Whether it’s morning walks, check-ins, feeding schedules, playtime, or spending extra time with a pet who needs companionship, I have the flexibility to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away.
