About: I have cared for dogs and cats for family, friends, and neighbors over the years. I’m dependable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s unique personality and routine. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, administering simple medications if instructed, or giving lots of love and attention, I’ll care for your pet as if they were my own. I know how important it is to have someone you can trust, and I strive to make both pets and their owners feel comfortable and at ease. I’ll always communicate clearly about my availability to make scheduling easy and reliable. Im currently in school from 8am-2pm Mondays and Wednesdays and 8:30am-3pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Other than those times, I’m available to help out 😊 I understand that every pet has their own routine, personality, and needs, and I do my best to make them feel comfortable while you’re away. I always follow your care instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medications (if needed), playtime, and any house rules. I’ll treat both your home and your pets with respect, provide plenty of love and attention, and can send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I am a responsible and loyal pet caretaker! I LOVE all animals and have owned or pet sat dogs, cats, and rodents. I walked my neighbors dog growing up and have cared for many animals since. I'm passionate about animal care because not only do they need it, but I also need time with pets! Animals need social and emotional connection, and that is what I give to pets. I am a college student taking the summer off to work, and am looking for opportunities to care for animals! I have a part time job in which I make my own hours, so I'm usually available to care for pets when needed. I am a student and cannot have pets in my own residence, however I am very respectful of others homes and make it a priority to leave spaces better than I found them.
About: HIII! I have always had and cared for dogs my whole life. I’ve recently helped my brother train and care for his puppy, I don’t have a ton of experience with training puppies but I would love to learn more about it! I have two older dogs, one is an 8 year old golden doodle named duke. The other is 13 year old yorkie named skeeter and he is my best friend, he’s been in my life since I can remember. I can wait to get to know your best friend too! I’m currently in college full time but I am available on weekdays after 2pm and will be available most Saturday’s during the daytime! I usually will not work Sundays but can make accommodations if needed. I am very used to living and caring for dogs, I have always grown up with a fenced back yard and taking my dog Skeeter on regular walks. I have such a soft spot for dogs and will just spend hours sitting by them and or playing with them!
About: We love animals and take excellent care of them! We've fostered pets and have three of our own. I work from home and your pet won't be left alone all day. I'm currently working fully remote so I'll have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I'm available for boarding throughout the week and weekends. I have a small fenced yard and a lot of grass around my home for your pet to play. I love to go for walks throughout the day and to nearby parks. I have two dogs and a cat that are really friendly and playful.
About: I’ll go the extra mile to make your pets smile! Whether your pet is ready for an adventure or prefers a cozy, relaxed day, I’ll happily match their energy and give them the attention, care, and love they deserve. I’m dependable, attentive, and treat every pet like they’re my own, so you can feel confident they’re in good hands while you’re away! I’m happy to help morning or night and will work with your pet’s routine and needs. I have open availability. Your pet is my priority, and I’ll make sure they get the care and attention they deserve! I’m thrilled to care for your pet in the comfort of their own home! I can provide walks, meals, fresh water, bathroom breaks, playtime, and plenty of companionship. I’ll follow your pet’s usual routine and pay close attention to their individual needs. I’m also happy to send pictures during walks or playtime as a fun little check in, so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away!

About: I have a retired service dog, and can do both sitting at your home and boarding at mine. I have watched both small and large dogs, as well as cats, reptiles, and rodents. I use to work at a farm with horses, and know my way around critters both great and small. I can provide outdoor baths if the weather is above 60 degrees, and some light training if wanted. I am in college taking classes from 10 to 1, and also work as a janitor for a school, working from 4 to 7. I am not home on Sunday mornings for about 2 hours, due to church, so any dogs will need to be OK being home alone either in a crate or loose in a room for that time period. I have my retired service dog, Wiley, who is very friendly with other dogs. I have a indoor grass patch that dogs can use, as well as the lead line i can put them out on. I am not able to walk very well, so can't do long walks, but I have a good arm and can throw a ball for 20 minutes several times a day, in the park near my house. I can provide a hose bath provided the temperature is above 60 degrees, and can use my large car to go to dog parks. Dogs are allowed on the bed, but will sleep in a crate if that is how they sleep at home. I have bones for dogs to chew on, and plenty of toys. I dont allow balls in the house, my dog has learned how to throw them himself to chase.
About: Had pets of all kinds since I was a baby, big guys and small guys. Taken care of friends and neighbors pets for longer than I can remember! I am a full time student at UVU and am an Intern at a Physical Therapy clinic but can be flexible with you and am willing to get up early or stay up late if needed! Very willing to work with you! I’ll make sure I follow your instructions to a T and give your pet as much love/affection/safety as you do. They will be in the best of hands and happy as ever!
“Very happy with Grace and Lance. They were able to come play with our dog with very little notice and flexible with a willing attitude. Even noticed the water needed filling and took care of that!”

About: I grew up with a spunky black lab who lived to be 16 years old. Now I get to live with my sibling and my dog-niece who I also hope lives a long, healthy, happy life! We've been housemates for a few years now. Gently combing her curly hair is my favorite. I have an adaptable flow where I can give a pet activity if they are young and need it, or take it easy if they are older. I work with a flexible schedule from my laptop between Salt Lake County and Utah County, so I can adapt to your needs too! I like to first ask what schedule or routine your pet is used to and see how closely I can match that and their temperament. I'm used to an easeful morning, getting sun during lunch, and then some other kind of outing later in the evening even if it's just a walk. I like to try to make it to a team meeting Thursdays and Fridays in Salt Lake. I can time it so I'm not gone for long, or I can reschedule meetings depending on the circumstances, commute, animal temperament, etc. I'm happy to come to your place or host your pet at mine. I'm in a condo so I'll limit my boarding services to one pet at a time. If it's possible for me to come to you and get acquainted with your pet before overnight stays, I'd prefer that for more easeful transitions. If you come to my place, my apartment complex has green spaces and waste bag dispensaries distributed throughout the property where I walk my dog-niece in the evening. But during the day the dog is away with my sibling and I'm all alone. So your pet will have my attention. I'll ensure pets have their own separate, undisturbed sleeping space. If I come to your space, then of course your pet will be most familiar and cozy.
“Harmony watched our cats while we were away and it was a HUGE relief knowing Harmony was there. They were so kind and responsible and my cats LOVED them. Harmony clearly knows how to care for animals, and they were able to give my senior cat medicine and play with my cats, which gave me a huge peace of mind while I’m away. They are excellent and y’all should definitely book them!”

About: I have taken care of all different types of animals since I was a kid. I have always been trusted my neighbors, friends, and family to take care of their cats and dogs. I also have my own dog back at my parents house. I also took a vet tech class in highschool where I learned how to take care and handle all sorts of animals. I am currently working part time, so I'll have lots of time to play with and check in on your pets! When I do work my 8 hour shifts I do my best to check on them during my break as well as check on them plenty of times before my shift. I can easily do whatever is needed, whether that is feed, crate, and or play with your pet. Im extremely flexible when it comes to pet care.
“Zoe took such good care of our dozer! Send lots of happy photos which provided reassurance he was well cared for and happy in her care. I highly recommend her to anyone needing someone to watch their furr babies.”

About: Cared for dogs and cats by feeding, walking, administering medications, and providing companionship. Ensured safety, cleanliness, and emotional well-being through attentive and loving daily routines! I am currently a medical student at Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine! Would love to spend my spare time helping dog (or cat) sit. 🐾 I have a small fur baby (Frenchie) to give your pet some companionship. I take Bubba on walks often and can happily crate your pets as needed!
About: I started doing in home care of pets at the age of 8 and went on to groom both cats and dogs in vet offices and pet stores where I specialized in cats, introducing puppies to the experience and enjoyed caring for elderly pups too! I have a very open schedule and a lot of availability right now. I am also available on the weekends and during the week days too I would care for your pets like I would want mine own pets to be taken care of, with love, kindness, affection consistency and dedication!

Madison was so perfect for my puppy! She was willing to learn how to accommodate all of his quirks and preferences, and he absolutely loved hanging out with her each day. Madison is also so responsive which eased any stress or worries. Will definitely book with her again!

Pan is so awesome with our pets. We did a meet and greet with him and our pets before booking. They warmed up to him quickly. He went the extra mile to make sure all of our pets were taken care of and comfortable. Each visit he sent us multiple pictures. We had set up 4 visits a day. He was at every visit. We will definitely use Pan again to take care of our pets.

Samantha and Hunter have been so phenomenal! We have boarded with them and they’ve done drops ins. I can always trust on check ins and that my pup is loved so thoroughly. She is always so excited to see them and barely wants to see me when I pick her up which is a positive thing ;)

Olivia was kind and responsive when I reached out, and Nando and Cleo seemed well cared for. She took Nando on walks and played with him in the backyard which he loved. There were no issues during the stay. Communication was a bit minimal at times, and we would have appreciated more proactive updates and use of the Rover check-in cards. Overall, we’re glad the pets were safe and cared for and appreciated Olivia’s kindness.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
