She has an area just for the dogs that she boards, was incredibly knowledgeable about dog behaviors and how to handle them. I was especially nervous because my youngest dog is reactive. Erica knew precisely how to manage that. She even worked with my reactive dog and my dog was very responsive. I received ample communication and photos throughout my dogs stay with her.
