When I picked up our little buddy he was relaxed and happy. He was comfortable with Margarita so I know he has been at ease in the house. Margarita had another small dog boarding on tge weekend which was an appropriate match for walks. They also have a low key larger dog whom I felt was calming for the house atmosphere.
