My family and I are assured that when we leave Kobe for an overnight with Noria that he is being cared for as if he is part of her family. Kobe can be an anxious dog and slow to warm up to people. She has a patient and playful disposition. From the first time he met her he was happy, calm and it was evident that he felt secure in her care. The medication and feeding instructions have always been followed and understood. We appreciate the photos she sends and the updates as to how he is doing. For the weekend he was very good at communicating how our Penny was doing, and we got several videos and pictures throughout the day. “Bonnie took amazing care of our yorkie Spike for 4nights. She and her husband scheduled a meet and greet where they had an initial interaction with Spike and talked to us about his needs/routine. Due to pancreas’s issues he is on a strict diet and likes to drink a lot of water. Bonnie accommodated this without issue, adjusted to Spikes routine, and gave him frequent potty breaks. She sent us pictures and videos multiple times a day, which I loved 🥰. We could tell he was comfortable by the images and when we returned to pick him up, could see that he was well taken care of and happy.
