“Kate was amazing! my dog is old and she is very hard to get to know, others sitters pushed her and cause anxiety to her but kate took things as my was feeling comfortable and that is amazing you can tell she loves animals,”

About: Hi!! I would love to help you with your pet care needs. I have a dog of my own who I have had for 6 years, since he was just a puppy. I have pet & house sat for friends and family members for years, often seen as a good “go to” person because of my love for animals. I’m also comfortable with providing care for plants, lizards, etc. as I have cared for them in the past! I work remotely so I am quite open to working around your schedule. Whatever works best for you will work for me! I walk my own dog 3 times a day so I can work your pet into that, or we can set up separate timing. If my dog is also welcome to stay at your home or on walks, he can be a great companion for pets who want a friend! He loves other dogs, cats, humans, etc. If you would prefer that my dog not join, he can stay home with my roommate. Let me know!
About: I have grown up caring for family dogs along with dog sitting for other neighborhood dogs! I enjoy all kinds of dogs, big & small, high & low energy! I am excited to help you and your pup! I currently have one pup myself, a border collie! For the dogs who need a lot of exercise - I’m excited to burn off that energy! I am very active myself. I also love working with more mellow dogs too! You name the dog, I will love meeting them and getting to spend time with them! If your dog has any special commands, I am happy to reinforce/use them if you would like! I look forward to spending time with your pup! A pet’s needs are just as important as anything and are involved all day long. Their routine would be carefully followed to ensure your pup is staying happy and healthy. Feeding, walking, backyard playing, mental stimulation, playing, or just some snuggle time! All are important and I’m happy to do whatever you prefer for your pup!

About: I am currently working as a veterinary technician and have extensive pet sitting experience. I have a dog and 3 cats of my own and would love the opportunity to care for your pets as if they were my own! I can care for all sizes of dogs, cats, and other pets. I'm able to medicate, administer insulin or other injections, or anything medical. I'm very good with scared or unsure pets and have a knack for helping them feel more comfortable. About: My friends and family call me Tom Care-a-lot, Tom the Mom, and The Dog Whisperer. I am often told I am too nice, but sometimes kindness and patience can be what someone needs to be a good caregiver. I have worked at East Memphis Pet Hospital & Resort as a Daycare and Kennel worker, and occasionally perform Vet Tech duties such as administering medication, which has taught me a lot about caring for multiple dogs and adapting to each dogs' individual needs. I have also worked for GoDog West Nashville and Morris Animal Inn. To be responsible for another life sometimes means that you have to be flexible, I understand if something comes up last minute, it happens; I will be as flexible as you and your dogs' needs. Your dog will be in good-hearted, caring hands while you are doing what you need to do. Your dogs and their home will be safe, you can leave it to me. I will respond to booking requests with 12-24 hours if not immediately. If something doesn’t work in my schedule I will let you know ahead of time unless there is an emergency. I work Freelance from home (remote), so my hours are flexible. I have obligations with other people and clients but I will make any booking done through the app, if they are accepted and scheduled. Failure to contact about a booking before service will result in a cancellation and YOU will be charged a cancellation fee and will take all responsibility for your pet(s). I treat them with respect, I will not hit or discipline them physically, if you instruct me to do so I will decline and cancel the stay or appointment. I do not tolerate abuse or neglect. I will clean up if they have an accident and my motto is to “leave the house roughly in the same state you came/found it in”. I will use your amenities like washer/dryer/sink/shower/dishwasher if I am staying multiple days or overnight. I will do my best to clean up after myself but I cannot conform to all expectations of perfection. Make sure there are no illegal drugs or weapons in the residence (weapons must be away and sealed in a secure location, if any are in the residence) failure to comply with this will result in an immediate cancellation and it will be on YOU.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 for members within my community. I have dog sat for dogs off all sizes and ages. I also love to teach dogs new skills and give them plenty of play time and attention! Additionally, I have experience working with dogs with behavioral issues as well! I currently am working part time and I am free completely on the weekends. During the day I will take your pet on 2-3 long walks and shorter potty breaks in between if needed (depending on the dog) In my home I keep the upstairs level gated off if your pet is unsupervised. About: Hi! We're Gina and Alana, a dedicated mother-daughter duo with years of experience caring for all kinds of fur babies, including dogs, cats, reptiles and small rodents. Over the years, we've rescued and adopted over 15 animals, giving us experience with a wide range of personalities, breeds, and ages! We've been our neighborhoods go-to sitters for over 10 years. Animals have always been a huge part of our family, and caring for them is something we genuinely love. In fact, Alana loves it so much that she became a professional dog groomer. Our friends, family and clients joke that we're animal whisperers because animals seem to gravitate toward us wherever we go. Whether your pet loves to play, cuddle, go on walks or simply have someone nearby, we'll make sure they feel safe, happy and loved while you're away. We know how much your pets mean to you because we feel the same way about ours. When they're with us, they're family. ❤️ We can't wait to meet your babies! We’re now caring for pets full-time, which means more flexibility, more attention, and more kisses for your fur babies! Just let us know when you need us and we'll be there. We currently have 8 fur babies of our own, all with different personalities, routines, and care needs, so we understand that every pet is unique! Just let us know any special instructions, preferences, quirks or routines your pet has and we'll follow them. Whether it's a specific feeding schedule, a favorite toy, a bedtime routine or even needing a special phrase before they'll eat!
About: We love our dog but we aren’t crazy dog people. Our home is clean. We have a friendly husky and a large fenced yard. We don’t leave for longer than 2 hours when we have a dog over and generally take 1 guest dog at a time. We work from home and only watch when we can be here every 2 hours. We don’t go out for more than 2 hours with a dog staying. I have a big fenced yard and a friendly husky that will keep your pet entertained. We also have a great dog walking neighborhood and path.

“Hailey did a fantastic job taking care of our dog. I loved receiving photos at every visit. I would highly recommend her! She was quick to respond, she kept me updated. Our dog was well taken care of!”

“Emily was absolutely amazing. We had a very unusual situation where we lost power the night before leaving for vacation, which meant we could not leave Tucker at home as planned. Emily was incredibly understanding and stayed available in case the power came back on and we were able to leave. When the power was finally restored, she refunded us for the days she did not need to come, even though she did not have to. We had specifically asked her to remain available during that time, so we truly appreciated her honesty, flexibility, and understanding. Once we were able to leave for our vacation, Emily was wonderful with Tucker. She took him on really nice, long walks, communicated with us consistently, and did everything she could to accommodate our situation. You can often tell what someone is really like when nobody is around. We have cameras inside our home, and while I was not sitting there watching every moment, I would occasionally check in to make sure everything was going well. Every time I checked, Emily was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive with Tucker. You can absolutely tell that Emily is a true dog person. She treats the dogs she watches like they are her own, and that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We would not hesitate to book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, honest, caring, and genuinely great with dogs.”

“5/5 — Another fantastic experience with Yana! Yana once again went above and beyond. She was 100% responsible, sent complete visit summaries, and shared plenty of photos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. She cared for our dogs as if they were her own—lots of love, attention, and care for every detail. Our girls absolutely adore her! We trust Yana completely and couldn’t recommend her more highly!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Peapack with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
