About: My friends and family call me Tom Care-a-lot, Tom the Mom, and The Dog Whisperer. I am often told I am too nice, but sometimes kindness and patience can be what someone needs to be a good caregiver. I have worked at East Memphis Pet Hospital & Resort as a Daycare and Kennel worker, and occasionally perform Vet Tech duties such as administering medication, which has taught me a lot about caring for multiple dogs and adapting to each dogs' individual needs. I have also worked for GoDog West Nashville and Morris Animal Inn. To be responsible for another life sometimes means that you have to be flexible, I understand if something comes up last minute, it happens; I will be as flexible as you and your dogs' needs. Your dog will be in good-hearted, caring hands while you are doing what you need to do. Your dogs and their home will be safe, you can leave it to me. I will respond to booking requests with 12-24 hours if not immediately. If something doesn’t work in my schedule I will let you know ahead of time unless there is an emergency. I work Freelance from home (remote), so my hours are flexible. I have obligations with other people and clients but I will make any booking done through the app, if they are accepted and scheduled. Failure to contact about a booking before service will result in a cancellation and YOU will be charged a cancellation fee and will take all responsibility for your pet(s). I treat them with respect, I will not hit or discipline them physically, if you instruct me to do so I will decline and cancel the stay or appointment. I do not tolerate abuse or neglect. I will clean up if they have an accident and my motto is to “leave the house roughly in the same state you came/found it in”. I will use your amenities like washer/dryer/sink/shower/dishwasher if I am staying multiple days or overnight. I will do my best to clean up after myself but I cannot conform to all expectations of perfection. Make sure there are no illegal drugs or weapons in the residence (weapons must be away and sealed in a secure location, if any are in the residence) failure to comply with this will result in an immediate cancellation and it will be on YOU.

About: We love our dog but we aren’t crazy dog people. Our home is clean. We have a friendly husky and a large fenced yard. We don’t leave for longer than 2 hours when we have a dog over and generally take 1 guest dog at a time. We work from home and only watch when we can be here every 2 hours. We don’t go out for more than 2 hours with a dog staying. I have a big fenced yard and a friendly husky that will keep your pet entertained. We also have a great dog walking neighborhood and path.

“Emily was absolutely amazing. We had a very unusual situation where we lost power the night before leaving for vacation, which meant we could not leave Tucker at home as planned. Emily was incredibly understanding and stayed available in case the power came back on and we were able to leave. When the power was finally restored, she refunded us for the days she did not need to come, even though she did not have to. We had specifically asked her to remain available during that time, so we truly appreciated her honesty, flexibility, and understanding. Once we were able to leave for our vacation, Emily was wonderful with Tucker. She took him on really nice, long walks, communicated with us consistently, and did everything she could to accommodate our situation. You can often tell what someone is really like when nobody is around. We have cameras inside our home, and while I was not sitting there watching every moment, I would occasionally check in to make sure everything was going well. Every time I checked, Emily was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive with Tucker. You can absolutely tell that Emily is a true dog person. She treats the dogs she watches like they are her own, and that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We would not hesitate to book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, honest, caring, and genuinely great with dogs.”

About: I’ve take care of dogs since 7 years old. I love spend time with them, I wish I can have my own shelter to protect and save street dogs. I’m a professional real estate agent and I work from home, I have an amazing managing time to do extra activities and also I’m an active person. I have a fence backyard, I will take care of the dog inside the house. I can take care and maybe provide training because of my experience with different breed.

I work 100% from home, which allows me to provide consistent attention and care to the pets I look after. Your dog will enjoy plenty of companionship, playtime, and bathroom breaks throughout the day. They’ll never feel alone or ignored. We live in a comfortable, pet-friendly townhouse where your pet will be treated like family. Pets are welcome on the furniture and free to roam throughout the house. There are no restrictions on movement inside, so they can relax and settle in wherever they feel most comfortable. While we don’t have a backyard, we make sure dogs get regular outdoor time with safe, on-leash walks around our quiet, secure complex and the surrounding neighborhood. We never allow pets off-leash while outside, under any circumstances, to ensure their safety at all times.

About: I have worked at the pet shop in town for almost 5 years. I have learned a lot about nutrition and am here to help with that as well. I have always loved dogs & animals. I have 3 dogs now and use to have cats growing up. I have always helped family/ friends with their pets. My cousins would call me “ the dog whisperer” I am very patient and understanding- a dog sometimes is anxious just like us humans. I think taking time out of the day and using interactive toys is so important for stimulation and keeping them busy. I usually am off on sunday & wednesday. I typically work in the morning until 3pm. Can do walks/feed them/ check in’s on the dogs after work. I have lots of grass outside & a gate inside.I would play with them outside, make sure they have a harness and a longer line ( so they are safe)& take them for walks. I can brush the dogs as well. I do prefer to stop at the clients house. I have 2 dogs at my house - it can be a lot. In the clients house I would first make sure the dog goes outside to the bathroom upon arrival. I would take them for a walk, play with the dogs outside( depending on the gate situation) Make sure they have lots of water, food & i can brush them.

About: I’m a stay at home with a 3yrs old bernedoodle. I love dogs and have always been around them. I take them as my friend and loves to understand them and meet their needs. I have been walking and boarding dogs for over 3yrs now I’m flexible and mostly home. I can do pet sitting daily and can be around them all day. I am available for quick walks or longer walks or day care I have a fenced in yard and a 3yrs old puppy to play with your fur baby. I love to take them for walks and can play fetch with balls, tug etc.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs ever since I was little, some including mini poodles, rottweilers, germans shepards, boxers, and malti-poos. I trained my own dog when he was a couple months old when I was 16 and have been responsible for him ever since. I give him baths, we go on walks 1-3 times a day, and i feed and play with him. At the moment I just moved home from college and looking for something to keep me busy. I typically go to the gym everyday and whether it be before or after i’m usually free. With my own dog if i let him out in the backyard for a quick bathroom break i always go with him and when we go for walks he’s always on the leash until we get back to the house. Same would go for other dogs I will be walking. I will ensure they are on the leash at all times and that i’m paying attention and not distracted by my phone or other devices. When on longer walks I carry water with me for them and always clean up after they go to the bathroom.

I do work full time so I am unable to take the dogs out for a walk during the day (lunch time), but I am able to take them out (walk/feed/play) before I go into work and when I get out of work. I also am able to stay over night if needed. I like to meet the pets first before I watch them alone to that they get used to me and my scent. I want them to be as comfortable as possible so that if I need to walk them or put them in the crate they are at ease with me and everyone is safe.
